2. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  2. Our Android mobile application is available on Google Play.

Different parts of the Service may collect and use data in different ways, as described below.

4. Analytics Tool Used on the Website (Umami)

We use Umami, a GDPR-compliant and privacy-respecting analytics tool. Umami:

  • Does not store personal data for tracking purposes
  • Does not track users across websites

All data is processed in aggregated form for the sole purpose of understanding traffic trends and improving the website.

5. Data We Collect via the Mobile App

When you use our Android App, we may collect certain information automatically to ensure the App works properly and to understand how it is used. This information may be collected through Firebase and similar tools.

Depending on the specific Firebase services enabled in the App, we may collect:

    • Mobile network information (e.g., country/region)
  • App Usage Data

    • Buttons and actions you take in the App

    • Device and App state at the time of the crash
  • Approximate Location / Region

We do not intentionally collect directly identifying information such as your name, email address, or phone number in the App, unless you explicitly provide it to us through a form or account feature (if such a feature is present in future versions).

Firebase processes data according to Google’s own terms and privacy policies. Your data may be stored on servers located in different countries, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not allow third parties to use Firebase data for their own marketing or profiling beyond what is necessary to provide the services to us.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

  • Website:
    • We do not use non-essential cookies or tracking cookies.
    • Umami analytics operates without cookies.
  • Mobile App:
    • The App does not use traditional browser cookies.
    • However, it may use other identifiers (such as Firebase App Instance ID or device identifiers) for analytics, crash reporting, and similar purposes, as explained above.

10. Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

  • Aggregated analytics data may be stored for a period sufficient to analyze usage trends.
  • Crash and diagnostic data may be retained to improve stability and performance.

Where possible, data is anonymized or aggregated so that it can no longer be linked to any individual user.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data processed through the Service against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
