Heavenly Kingdom has been the end of the fallen man during the long, long history, and there is no wonder that there should be formed family, social, national, world, and universal kingdoms through an individual on this earth, and since it's the hope of God and mankind, neither God nor man can fulfill the kingdom of heaven, the center of our hope and ideal, without forming close relations between them.
It was the basic purpose and primary mission of Jesus' coming to recover the broken relationship between God and man and fulfill the original Garden of Eden as created through the propagation of truth.
