Once this rally concludes, I will first make the declaration that settles the closing point of the Providence in Korea. Then the world centered on God's homeland and God's hometown will, centered upon a single system, hold not a True Parents UN Settlement Rally but a Secure Settlement Rally.
Because this world becomes one level foundation, upon it there will be an age of great peace and tranquility centered upon what?
Centered upon God! Attaining the eternal, undying liberation of the homeland that attends God, crossing beyond the boundary line of the liberation and release of the earthly and heavenly worlds, and dwelling forever in a free and unfettered earthly and heavenly world — Aju!

Where Is the Place of Settlement?
In the era of the Last Days, each of you holds different claims, has a different appearance, and walks a different path.
How will you be made one?
Only after settling all of that can you go and seek the one path. When it is said that this path exists somewhere in the world, you must cast away all things entirely.
You must be able, without hesitation, to cast away and depart even from what you wish to keep together with the universe — even from that which you say you could not exchange for anything you might give.
Therefore, only the one who can seek a base like a single nucleus can remain as the victorious champion in the final, ultimate age of purpose in history. You must not go back and forth repeatedly or rise and fall again and again.
Now I must go to Washington — should I go by car, or should I go by airplane? The question is, by what means do you set out? When there is a Cosmic Exposition, you must be able to go instantly, even to a place hundreds of millions of leagues away, and you must have the strength to act and to breathe there.
When you have no such strength within yourself, you become one who is eliminated. Unless you become a person who moves while embracing a starting point of joy from which you can set out again tomorrow, you cannot go to God's eternal world of joy, that world where one can embrace and delight in the universe.
Then, from a place of sorrow, you cannot escape the fate of a straggler. This morning I was reading the manuscript, and then I came out.
The question is where what I lectured yesterday and what I will lecture today differ. They must differ everywhere. One must develop; one must not fall behind.
That is why I must revise it point by point. You must understand that I am not a teacher who borrows and uses the words of others. Within the theory itself, one must seek the place of settlement.
Even if I have now finished reading the manuscript and revised many places in detail, the general listener does not notice. They say, “It is the same as yesterday…” Just as food gains its flavor only with seasoning, so it is with the Message.
Rather than being blunt, it must be warm and engaging. Within the Message, there must be sweetness, and there must also be bitterness. You must know how to analyze what is needed in that harmonized whole.
So, in the end, it is a battle of the mind. It is a battle of theory. To be able to analyze even emotional theory, you must go not below the average but above the average. This is the place of future settlement to which God must go. It is not the place of secure settlement.
Secure settlement is something done after going to a comfortable place, but you must know that settlement has nothing to do with comfort, wherever it may be. “This is Father's manuscript. The title is “The Secure Settlement of the Abel UN and the Completion of Cheon Il Guk Are in Korea.'”
The Last Time Comes Only Once
Korea is the issue — Korea. Now the Korean people are the issue.
Fifty years ago, there were only 130,000 Koreans in America, but now there are well over three million. In what I said earlier, I spoke of 2.7 billion people. Compared to 1950, it grew from 2.4 billion by 300 million.
Now we are saying there are 6.5 billion humans. The world has become more than double the 2.7 billion, so what would it be if what was left incomplete then remained just as it is today?
If it has tripled, there is three times the great darkness and wall, so unless one can remove that darkness and wall by one's own strength, one cannot escape from that environment.
God cannot make one escape from that environment. Such a being can only fall behind, sink lower and lower into darkness, and in the end vanish. To cling to and live by, and to fight over, that which is destined to vanish in this way is a foolish thing. Therefore, the question of value is the issue.

The UN headquarters that drove out Chairman Moon ten years ago now, ten years later, invites Reverend Moon and says, “Say what you wish to say. Tell us what you wish to make known!” Now they tell me to go ahead, but if afterward the UN closes its door against Reverend Moon, the door cannot be opened again. It is the last time.
Will that last time go up and down?
The last time comes only once. The beginning is once, and the end is one time. One who cannot discern the one time cannot become a son or daughter of God. (Hoon Dok continues.)
In the old headquarters, there was no such thing as a UN building. Ten years ago, Chairman Moon was driven out of the UN. They regarded the Unification Church as a worthless scrap of a thing and drove it out before the door of the UN, and the police also came and chased it away. They tried to throw me into prison. Right before the place from which I was driven out, I caught a striped bass larger than seventy centimeters. The UN building stood on the hill, and I was catching fish in the river below the hill.
Who is the owner?
Even if I never go back to seek the UN building forever, you of the UN must go about searching out and learning what I am doing.
So it becomes an unknown world. Even though the American people are those who boast of being an advanced nation of supremacy, they must observe the path Reverend Moon walks.
Otherwise, it ends there. The world of individualism cannot seek out, encompass, or digest that path. It fails. No heart says, “I will go into that transparent — what shall I call it — into that beam of sunlight as it stretches forth.” There is no such person. One must overcome difficulty and go forward in development. Read that once more. (Hoon Dok continues.)
I, too, have savored and read it hundreds of times, but when I read it again and again, the holes become visible. I came having filled in many holes, yet you, hearing it, may say, “It is the same as yesterday — why has the time become so much longer than yesterday's? It would be good if it were shorter.” Is it good for it to become smaller? When more time is put in, it must become larger.
If one hour becomes ten hours, it has grown tenfold, but do you have the breadth of mind to delight in something grown that large? There are many people who, centering on their concept of time, say, “Oh my! I have lost my time — thirty minutes, an hour, a whole day, half a day.”
The person who, even having lost half a day in this way, has the breadth to continue even tenfold that half-day — God comes seeking that person, holding on with longing.
If they are sleeping or dozing, He wakes them and says, “Hey, there is a path by which you can go to a world more than ten times greater, so follow me! The path of darkness, the path of going up and down — walk it to the very end as well!”
The World Where God Can Settle Securely Is One World
I am going now. I am saying that I am going. It is now the era of settlement, and settlement — what does one do from the observation tower at the very summit of the fortress?
From the place at the peak, one looks out in all directions. When there is something from the four directions that gives one new light and stimulus, one must know how to fly toward it.
If settling took ten years, one has fallen ten times behind the person for whom it took one year. It is competition. The one who loses in competition cannot appear on the stage of the struggle.
Even in a single word, if one cannot answer when that person speaks, one loses the competition. And if one brings an army into the competition, that is a struggle. To be able to say, “I must win, holding the authority over life and death!” one must do it with the ideal that they themselves hold.
They cannot match the theory of the Unification Church. Western philosophers and Eastern philosophers are all alike in this. People in the spirit world rose bearing flags to defeat Chairman Moon, and they all lost. They all raised their hands in surrender — but how can someone who does not even know whether they raised their hands criticize? In following, one must follow with absolute obedience and absolute submission. What Chairman Moon could not submit to, I must submit to and digest — this is the point.
None of you, in establishing a representative, sets up someone lesser than yourself. Even for a class president in school, you must set up a better student; if you set up a lesser one, the class does not develop and is ruined. What does America have to boast of?
What is to be done with America's women and men?
The American people are difficult for God to think about. If there are ten million people, ten million are told to hold their ten million views — but where are ten million views?
The world where God can settle securely is one world. The world must all be embraced into one subject partner and digested. When there are ten people, among those ten, the American women say, “What is different between you and me? I am better than you.” Then, where is the starting point of a new departure where God can be universally valid? One must set out from a place that transcends that universal validity, and one must settle in a place that has gone beyond the world of universally valid theory.
God must return to His hometown, hold a feast, and settle securely. Going to the era of settlement, one must make there a place to lie in the common burial ground, and one must also make a royal site where descendants for ten thousand generations may live. A place that can become such a royal site is not found just anywhere in the world. (Hoon Dok continues: “What of the second stage, being born into life on earth?
How could we ever describe in words the struggles of the little fetus toward the unknown world?
The first cry of the little new life toward a greater, broader world — a world of a new dimension unimaginable within the world of the womb — is the blessing and the rapture of a new time and space promised a plan of a hundred years.
Today, all of you are blessed to live in the life of the second stage. Please keep in mind that, though the ten months have only been extended to a hundred years, there remains a path we must walk.
You may think that you have forgotten all the standards of consciousness in the womb and are enjoying life to your heart's content in a higher consciousness and a broader space — but there yet remains a final stage toward eternal life…”)
Say “Eternal life!” Eternal life! Eternal life is good, but it is the final stage. Only by receiving liberation in the world of eternal life does one live together with God.
There is no other place but that — the place of participation where one can dwell and rejoice together with God, the Owner of eternal life.
One must cross over that. If one cannot cross it, one cannot dwell and rejoice together with the God who governs it, and one cannot greet God's homeland and hometown, which are formed upon the liberation and release of the ideal of creation.
Do you know where God's homeland is?
Where is God's hometown?
It becomes the question. Is the God who created, the God who saw His departure in the true daytime, the true God?
The history of the world of night passed through several hundred million, several hundred billion years — was there no God in the world of night? Where is the place where God stood? It is not the fallen world after creation.
Did day arise from night, or did night arise from day?
When you speak, you could say “day and night,” so why do you say “night and day”? Why do you say “parents” rather than “mother and father”? Centering on father and son, why do you say “father and son” rather than “son and father”? Can you do as you please? It is not made for you to do as you please. It must fit exactly into the form of the principled model.
Only when a person of ten million years ago and a person of ten million years hence fit exactly together is it one realm of the ideal of peaceful unification; otherwise, it is wrong. A big one must say it is good upon entering, and a small one must say it is good upon entering. There must be something that works in such harmony as to be able to expand even a small person with a great wrapping cloth — and what is that? It is true love, true love. It is true love used in harmony.
What Is the Power That Can Integrate the Whole?
If there are forty kindergarten pupils, even though one is foremost among the forty and says, “I am the finest pupil under heaven,” what of it? That is a kindergarten-level pupil who has not even attended elementary school.
Even being first among elementary school pupils, there is a distance of a thousand, ten thousand leagues to being first in the world of doctoral scholars. To say one is foremost in elementary school, not knowing this, is foolish.
What would it be if among the gods there were a yellow god?
If it is said there is a white god, a red god, gods of more than seven colors — which color of god would you like?
If God is the matrix of all existence, there would be a matrix of the Black God, a matrix of the White God, and a matrix of the Blue God. If it is said that the seven colors and various colors are combined, there must be something that can unite those ten million lineages.
That which stood independent by lineage, saying it was foremost, is not foremost. The question is what that power is that can integrate the whole. Is it knowledge?
However advanced America may be in military weapons, can it make its own opposition and ruling parties, the Republicans and Democrats, one without fighting? The democratic world that insists on a bipartisan system is ruined. Why a bipartisan system, rather than making it a single system? Why are there two parties? It would be good to make it one.
The Korean people have minds beyond what Americans can study. In endurance, too, they surpass Americans. Americans cannot endure it once it becomes a week, eight days, or nine days, but Koreans endure even going three weeks.
Since America is the world's most immigrant country, how diverse it is! Humankind from across the world, speaking six thousand languages, all gather and live here. Who are the foremost people?
Among roots there is a central root, among stems there is a central stem, among branches there is a central branch, and among sprouts and flowers there will be a center — yet the branches and flowers are all different. The question is how seed-bearing should be done. To take seed, you must choose the heavy one.
You float them on water. When you float them in salt water, ordinarily about eighty percent float, but among them, some seeds sink. Choosing the heavy ones again among those few and planting them, the sprouts come up without fail.
There Must Be a World of Peace
Americans — what is free sex?
And what does an incestuous relationship refer to?
A grandmother and grandson live together. I have come to America and seen such things. A grandfather lives with his granddaughter and lives together in one room with his wife and his daughter-in-law — what kind of family is that? Seeing this, I cannot endure. I cannot sleep, nor can I stay there.
If there is such a house, I must bore a few holes to let air through; otherwise, I am a person who cannot breathe.
In any case, the world can follow only when one model is set up. When there are two owners, they fight. There are countless encyclopedias. There is a British encyclopedia, an American encyclopedia, an Indian encyclopedia, and a Soviet encyclopedia, are there not? There are many encyclopedias. There is no Unification Church encyclopedia. To publish a Unification Church encyclopedia, it could come out within a week.
I am someone who studied electrical science.
So I made an electrical therapy device called Happy Health. It is a machine that cures all diseases. Cancer is cured, and AIDS is cured. I said, “Never speak of it. Do not sell it!”
Even the Soviet Union knows who made it.
If Reverend Moon made what the Soviet Union does not have, then it says, “For the Soviet region, let Reverend Moon sell it unconditionally!” Through selling it in that way, one can analyze and learn.
Try having places like Japan, Germany, France, or America all say, “Do not permit it!” and forbid its sale. The one who has used it does not go to the hospital. The hospitals will have to close their doors.
If, with our Happy Health, one is treated and any disease whatsoever is cured, the Unificationists would have no hospital expenses either. How much is given each month before hospital doctors? If there are ten people, the attending physician for each of the ten differs. Why? It has not become one.
The attorney's license, the prosecutor's license, and the judge's license are called the three great secret licenses. To make a living as an attorney, one says, “There are ten brothers, and if those brothers become one, we die. The prosecutor also dies. There is no judge.” Saying that all of them must therefore exist, they protect themselves. Throw all of that away — this is the point.
Now there must be a world of peace. Only when ruled from one place does the economic standard also become leveled. When the East rises, the West comes down. When the West comes down, the East rises. Therefore, a unified world under heaven is inevitable. The faction that delights in centering on the body is the individualistic faction centered on America.
Where is an immigrant country?
Even cranes or ducks living in the South Pole go to the North Pole, raise their young, and return. They go to the cold region to raise healthy young. Eating the insects or the food of the cold region, they become healthy. They raise young who can become healthy in that way and return; they do not live there.
Why make a country like America one — rather than making it an America of east, west, south, and north? Say, “East, west, south, north!” East, west, south, north!」 Who set east, west, south, and north? The metric system and the foot system differ, and America says, “Germany and the advanced nations made it and use the meter, but we use the foot.” In centimeters, one foot is thirty centimeters, yet they call it twelve inches. Why not make it one? In any case, it must be made one.
Even though America says the foot is foremost, when it comes to selling machinery, once the machines that use the meter become merely threefold, America automatically discards the foot and the inch and follows the meter. One follows what is good. Because human intelligence can compare, one changes to what is better.
In such waves and whirlpools, Reverend Moon survived. When I move, the intelligence agencies of eighty countries are set to report to their nations. They report what Reverend Moon said. The Message of ten years ago and the content of what I speak now are the same.
America is the same whether ten years ago or a hundred years ago, and the Communist Party, too, is the absolute-leftist, one-sided system, with no two-sidedness. The four seasons change once every four months or three months, yet unless one distinguishes between east, west, south, and north, establishing one's own position is impossible.
If the system of reckoning is not made one and yet is used, one does everything as one pleases, to east and west, to south and north. Even firing a cannon, if you fire it south, it is set to go south — can it go north? The strategy and tactics differ according to the south or the north.
So, eliminating the weak thing of any one place, with the inferior thing vanishing and the strong thing developing, a unified world never comes about. Why is there a bicameral system?
Why are an opposition and a ruling party, the Republicans and the Democrats, needed?
How great a loss to the nation is the election expense incurred once every four years?
Do not exploit or toy with the masses according to the movements of a few special-class conglomerates. Having come to America, I do not say to replace America's constitution. Whatever it is, I do it according to the constitution. I do everything you do, but I need to do only one thing more.
There Is No Model for Humanity to Follow
A person's body and mind differ. The mind goes ahead, and the body stands behind, but for Americans, the body is set to go ahead and the mind to stand behind. That is different.
Which side must vanish?
Can individualism remain before familism? Individualism cannot remain before familism, and familism cannot remain before tribalism.
By overcoming individualism, familism comes forth; having overcome familism, ethnic-nationalism comes forth; by overcoming ethnic-nationalism, statism comes forth; by overcoming statism, globalism comes forth, and a world federation comes forth. A federation, a federated army, comes forth. The world is in chaos. There is no model. Where is the official model for humanity to follow? No one knows.
Chairman Moon made that model into textbooks and teaching materials. Those textbooks and teaching materials are not centered on the archangels who were God's errand-runners after the creation. They must be textbooks and teaching materials centered on God, who is the Owner of the world of night.
Until now, in the historical era of God's restoration through indemnity after creation, there have been no such textbooks and teaching materials.
Did sunlight exist first, or did night exist first?
Did day come from night, or did night come from day? Reverend Moon thinks from there. However hard you try, you cannot understand Reverend Moon's thoughts. I know the history in which, from the night, there was a Creator and history grew forth from the night — this is the point.
You have not become the model of the principle of creation, so Reverend Moon, who longs for you to complete it, must come forth with the words that he is the returning Lord, the True Parents, the Owner centered on the one encyclopedia.
With Reverend Moon's thought, there is nothing that cannot be digested. Even if all the ideologies of Communism and the democratic world were boiled together into a gruel and eaten, I could swallow it in one mouthful.
So, say “Night and day!” Is it day and night, or night and day?
What is the normal settling factor of the foundation, the history, and the origin of the universe?
Is it day and night, or night and day?
It is night and day. Who existed first? Did America exist first, or did night exist first? It does not become unified through religion. America's religion, Christianity, has all been ruined. There is an aspect more evil than the world.
The people at the top of America, those seated in the place of the CIA, the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency — how do they mean to remove the Soviet Union and remove China?
They mean to do it by force. There is no word of digesting China by digesting it; force is suppression, beating it down. The Soviet Union and America ought to be able to digest each other through love, but there is no such logic.
One Cannot But Follow the Only Path One Knows
Chairman Moon seeks to wed those Communist factions and the factions of the democratic world. If it is the bright-red Communist world and the white democratic world, what happens if you make a man of the democratic world and a woman of the Communist world into husband and wife?
It will become something mottled. When you distinguish that mottled thing, what happens when you distinguish all the world of seven colors? Originally, the seven colors were absorbed into darkness.
When the seven colors unite, does black light, yellow light, or white light?
Black light comes out. Since it came from black, the fruit must be black. Chairman Moon knows that there was a God who lived with the power of the Creator from the world of night.
The democratic world, having fallen, knows only the God of the restored world. However hard it tries, it does not know the place of the God of the night. Even after a thousand, ten thousand years, it does not know — this is the point.
To cross that boundary line, the textbooks and teaching materials centered on God were made. In America, Britain, France, and the six continents, no content can give such an explanation, no content that can illustrate the God of the night. But what of the Korean people? God — there is only one Owner. The Korean people are the people who have attended to such a God as the Owner. Han speaks both of difficulty and of being only one. Suffering speaks of the supreme bitterness of han, and victory speaks of the victory of supremacy. It governs both the summit and the hell of both sides. Everything enters within it.
So, with Chairman Moon's thought, what is to be done with the Soviet Union, China, and America? If the chief of whiteism and the chief of Godism, the factions of left-wing absolutism and right-wing absolutism, marry one another, what will become of it? A harmonism of left and right comes forth. There are two fathers and two mothers. They become four people — can those people live together, or not?
What of a Soviet father and a Soviet mother, or an American father and an American mother? If the bright-red and white factions, the two, marry and become eight people, will they fight and kill?
Will they fire atomic cannons and try to kill, or will they embrace one another and harmonize through tears?
The left wing seeks to remove the democratic world completely, and the right wing seeks to remove the Communist Party completely; yet, harmonized, there is no one among those four factions who would think of grasping one another and plunging a knife or firing an atomic bomb.
There, they must all melt their weapons and make farming tools. Only by farming together do they live, only by digging the earth together do they live, and only by the earth protecting the air do they live — this is the point. Would only the Soviet people delight in the air, the water, and the sunlight? It is not made for the Soviet people to delight in. All are made to delight. There was a king of the night who became one, a Creator of the world of night. The people of this created world do not know that there was a God in the world of night.
I know. The official secret there, the official law and order, the people of the world will not know even after a thousand years pass. Between the lunar and solar calendars, I discarded the solar calendar; I have become a Reverend Moon who uses the lunar calendar — so why is there no one in the West who comes out with a club, saying they will beat me to death?
What happens if the West falls?
They thought it would rise — can it come down? It cannot but go. It is because they know no path but that. Since there is no path but that, one cannot but follow the only path one knows.
Because I know this, the aim is to make one — out of all that became opposed in the democratic world and the Communist world, in the era of BC and AD — and so to make the welfare of peace. What time is it?
Is the Hoon Dok finished or not?
A little remains. Let us read that remainder. Do it again from the very beginning! Yes. Listen well again. Hear this a hundred times, and it differs a hundred times. The flavor differs — this is the point.
Apart from the Textbooks and Teaching Materials, the People of the Kingdom of Heaven Have No Reference Book
I feel uneasy whenever I do not carry the manuscript in my bag. Why? In the darkness, a pitch-black pillar follows behind. “You have no secret document today!” Satan surely knows this.
When you read that secret document up to ten times and enter the realm of resonance of the spirit world and the physical world, it is different. Read it a hundred times, and the flavor differs a hundred times.
Intoxicated with it, you forget the time to eat and can live even without eating for a week. It is an extraordinary thing. Because one pioneers the background of an extraordinary life, wherever in the world one goes, whether meeting a president or anyone, one pours out scolding, saying, “You rascals……!” One makes friends at once. In three days, one can go to that house and live there.
If I say I will sleep even in the barn of your house for one night, you must all attend to me! If you say you will not attend to me, I lay down a condition, saying, “Why do you dislike me so? Is it because you have stolen much money and hidden it in a secret storehouse, and you think I will find the money and divide it among the bands of beggars?” That is how it is. “Is that so? Even the scholars among the learned class of the world, hearing that Message, have no content with which to oppose it. They are words that fit theory. Moreover, within the content of my autobiography and the thousands of volumes of sermon collections, the secrets of the historical era and the secrets of the heavenly world are all hidden, so the one who knows them cannot go another path.
That one final, conclusive place can only be the ideal place of settlement of the verdict of life and death over their living and dying, the world of preparation for the liberation of spirit and body, where their homeland and hometown can live together with God. Aju! Aju! It has all been accomplished — this is the point. Nothing is left over. If there is anything left over, tell me.
So, what do the ancestors in the spirit world do, summoning even the books in the library that the scholars have?
If it is the American people here, the ancestors all pull out the books that the American people have brought out into the library and command that they be burned; and because the ancestor commands as the visible representative of God, one destroys with one's own hand everything one had meant to take and show in the library.
You must understand that, apart from my textbooks and teaching materials, there is no book that not only middle school, high school, and university students but also the people of the Kingdom of Heaven can consult.
When one surely knows such a thing, then if in our family the environment becomes one in which everyone, having read the textbooks and teaching materials I have left a hundred, a thousand, or ten thousand times, can recite them fluently even with eyes closed — what would happen from the very bottom of the world of hell on earth?
Lucifer of the world of hell — taking that being as a son and as a younger brother, sending him on errands like a servant, and bearing the flag of God's family in the heavenly world, the flag of victory of the Unification Church, the flag inherited from True Parents — one cannot but be a dignified champion of all ages and the very figure of God's princes and princesses. That is why, in the place of dwelling together, it cannot but be one world of ours, one hometown land of ours, where one cannot but live together for a thousand, ten thousand years. Aju! 「Aju!」 Live happily before God.
There is nothing more to say. There is nothing to teach. Do not do as your mind pleases; set this down, bow before that book, and say, “Let God teach me what is yet incomplete in this book,” and He teaches it. Because God is a formless deity, He cannot appear; but the True Parents appear and, in the actual, real stage of living, dwelling together with me in detail, teach in place of the father and mother, in place of the husband — this is the point.
In God's hometown, in that original land, from the place of the completed victorious supremacy of Alpha and Omega, inheriting the victorious authority of God's princes and princesses, it cannot but become an earthly heaven where one cannot but coexist and live together with God forever. Aju!
The Grace of the Blessing of All Ages
Should I go to Hawaii, or should I go to Washington?
You must go to Washington. I conveyed that word three days ago — can the Washington rally be held within a single day? Should I go believing the rally can be held, or should I not go without believing? Would it be good for the people here to all follow me, or good for them not to follow?
What if our Unification Church buys tickets all at once and rides the business class of the passenger plane here?
