The title of the content I will speak of today is “The Settlement of the Abel UN and the Completion of Cheon Il Guk Are in Korea.” It is secure settlement and Korea.
The secure settlement of Heaven and Korea, the secure settlement of Korea and the settlement of Heaven, are not two but one. That it is such a tremendous place is certain. Many events that I can commemorate are arising in the world, but the works of memorial may be even more than that.
The person called Mun So-and-so has stood here with a fearful mind, lest there remain a bond by which the matter of secure settlement and the settlement of Korea can have an influence on it.
A Commemorative Day That Becomes the Proclamation Ceremony of a Testament
Now the person called Mun So-and-so is over ninety years old. Having passed this much, much time has gone by, and I have experienced much, and on the world's renowned stages I have left many Messages — does all of that come to nothing?
Or can it achieve completion?
That question is focused on “The Settlement of the Abel UN and the Completion of Cheon Il Guk Are in Korea.”
I think that, before the last day on which the one standing here can depart upon this earth, if it is a testament, it would be a title that can become an emblem among the words of testament, and a model nation of humanity that can become an emblem.
Knowing it as a commemorative day that becomes the proclamation ceremony of a testament that this person can make, let us, with a grave mind, quietly trace the depth of the Message once more. Do you understand? 「Yes.」
What was the name of the one standing here? Do you know the old name?
Long ago it was Mun Yong-myeong. Thereafter, the name Mun Seon-myeong (Sun Myung Moon) was used. Seon-myeong (鮮明) refers to land (sheep, 羊) and sea (fish, 魚). But what is the word “the completion of Cheon Il Guk”? “Heaven (天)” is two (二) people (人). The nation that two people make, becoming one, is Cheon Il Guk. It is Korea. You do not know it, but already the countless ancestors of the spirit world have come and are guiding. How can the two worlds, upper and lower, become one? They cannot become one even in a dream. Where is there a person who would believe in Jesus?
The time has come when, saying Christianity must perish, everyone throws stones. The point is that the era has come of all manner of dispute, saying religion should perish, that it is something only the weak believe, and that useless bands of beggars believe to be fed. (Reading continues.)
Did Jesus come to die?
Leaving the three disciples behind, he went three times to the Garden of Gethsemane and said, “My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me! Yet not as I will, but as You will.” (Matthew 26:39) Though he prayed three times that way, the three disciples were dozing. The point is that it was appalling. (Reading continues.)
How is a person like Chairman Moon?
Picking them up even from a place like a trash bin and raising them, I have taught them the fact that Jesus died wretchedly. Whose word is right?
The Christians say Jesus came to die. They are selling the dead Jesus to live themselves. I am a person who came forth with a club to smash such a religion. (Reading continues: The Korean people are a heaven-descended people who have lived from of old, revering God as the highest, supreme ancestor among ancestors……)
The Korean people are precious for that reason. For several thousand years, in the cracks among the strong nations, passing through all manner of suffering, they came forth without forgetting.
So, a people who had been driven out with a trash bin, in the midst of an ash-heap impoverished by war, within thirty years became a nation that entered within the thirteenth rank in the world.
Do you know what happens when Korea becomes the eighth, the ninth nation henceforth?
Do you know what happens to North and South Chungcheong, to the rivers and mountains of all eight provinces of the whole nation? You do not. Does it seem it will simply remain as it is? One must come to one's senses.
The Religion of Merchants Must Vanish
In that sense, the point is that this person has appeared to sound an alarm bell. (Reading continues: Only the one ancestor of all people, that one, was called and attended as the One, that is, God……) Is night first, or is day first?
Do you say “night and day” or “day and night”?
Is the top first, or the bottom first? The top is first. Is the large one first, or the small one first? The large one is first. Then do you say “day and night” or “night and day”? Night is first.
Then was there no Owner of the world of night?
Why does the Creator of the world of night not appear? After creating, the human being fell, so the point is, why did He leave that which could fall and make this sorry state? One can raise the problem. (Reading continues: Therefore, the source of all numbers too began from one……)
The single digits, the number nine — why is it called Satan's number? The number nine vanishes. Do you know addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division?
Who made addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division?
God cannot stand in a place where He can subtract. Detaching and attaching are not God's work. It is not detaching when it is disadvantageous and adding when it becomes profitable. The thing called good is not so. What is the good thing? To invest even while taking a loss is good.
The people of the world who believe in religion as a means of pursuing profit all vanish at the last. When it is disadvantageous, they subtract; when it is profitable, they say they will do it.
How calculating are the people who believe in religion?
God is not there. God is round. He is a God who most dislikes angels. He does not need angles. So, the universe does spherical motion, does it not? It gives and receives. If one has given, one must necessarily receive. (Reading continues.)
The religion of merchants must vanish. Chairman Moon, though he went to prison all his life, still thinks the path to walk remains and is seeking the path of a greater prison. Because I have come to know the God to whom one can go and invest more and forget more there, the point is that I will go to the end and see it through. (Reading continues.)
It was not known that God came forth working, alive, and hidden. Chairman Moon is saying that.
Will you drive Chairman Moon out or leave him?
North Chungcheong! Will you drive him out or leave him? If you would drive him out, drive him out. Even if you were to drive him out, Chairman Moon is not driven out by you.
In America, too, they tried to drive me out, and in South America and everywhere in the world, they tried to seize and kill Reverend Moon. I know that, from the Roman pope and Kim Il-sung to the responsible person of America and the representative of the Soviet Union, they conspired to kill me. But I did not die.
For a span of five to seven years, I went about alone in South America, with not a single person to protect me, alone. Going with my eyes closed, riding in a car, my mouth spoke. Saying, “Left, right, up, down……!” it spoke, unawares to me, to protect me, knowing that there was an ambush before the boundary line. It is still speaking. I live that way.
An Association in Which the Nations of the World and the Kingdom of Heaven Are Connected
The household that founded Osan High School is our household. It is a household with an ancestral root that supplied funds to the Shanghai Provisional Government. The time will now come to know even the question of where An Jung-geun's thought of Eastern peace came from.
That the Korean people have held the thought of Eastern peace, the thought of the peace of heaven and earth, is certain. You must know that Chairman Moon is alive and working from that place to here. (Reading continues.)
I do not think myself outstanding. Because it is a path that must unavoidably be walked within a missional responsibility, I am a man who, even now, crossing beyond the authority over life and death, urges on and walks the path I must walk. (Reading continues.)
Whatever the religion, I am a person who tries to do away with it. What is the use of believing in religion? Is it not religions that have only created fights, that, being arrogant in thinking themselves outstanding, ruined the world and created incidents that could ignite war?
The people who say they are outstanding, calling themselves the opposition party or ruling party, have created fighting factions and have done the act of prolonging their lives. (Reading continues: When the era of substantial Cheon Il Guk unfolds, the “Yeong-Yeon-Se Association” stands on this earth in the position of the central axis and will at last govern all creation……)
It is a new word. It refers to a world connected with the spirit world. It becomes an association in which the nations of the world and the Kingdom of Heaven are connected.
The Association (協會), beside the cross (十), with the great force (力) and the two forces (力) of Cain and Abel, is an association. The point is that God stands in the midst of it and governs the world. The nations of the world vanish. The time to vanish has come.
Is that the Kingdom of Heaven?
This perishing world I will put in order, all with my hand. Watch and see whether I do it or not! (Reading continues.)
I made the teaching materials, the autobiography, and so on. The point is that I have made the testament in full. Even if I die, one cannot but follow Chairman Moon's thought. In the eternal course of history, those teaching materials remain. Even if religion and everything vanish, those teaching materials do not vanish.
Reverend Sun Myung Moon's Collected Speeches exceeds two thousand volumes. Can you all study that? It is composed of several thousand volumes. There will be no one who can read several thousand volumes in a lifetime. (Reading continues.)
For some years from now, while we are together, Chairman Moon does Hoon Dok. I have made preparations so that, anywhere in the world, the moment one plugs in, it all connects.
It connects to a Message beyond that of Buddhism or any religion. One is made to hear the Message twenty-four hours a day. Make it so that there is not one empty place. Live ten years, twenty years, and listen. Anyone who will all come to know. (Reading continues.)
In the place where you live, show that book like a lighthouse so that anyone whosoever can become that way. The point is that one must live a life like a lighthouse. Then it is done. It is a word saying, “Let us live together,” this. When such a person vanishes, the standard of that life, which introduced the content by which one can become so, must remain as the textbooks and teaching writings.
The leaving of that I have all finished. Last year, on the 23rd, I finished it all. I have gone to Las Vegas twenty-six times up through this year. Now, if, even when one person passes away, one does the Seonghwa ceremony as I say, America lives. If one cannot save Las Vegas, it perishes.
Leaders, I must now go to Seoul as soon as I leave. When I go to Seoul, my sons and daughters are waiting. The time has now come to love our sons and daughters more than the world.
