Centering upon True Parents, Let Us See It Through to the End

Cheonghae Garden (청해가든), Yeosu, Jeollanam-do, Korea

What is the date today? (“It is January 4.”) Has it become the fourth? How fast. It is the fourth. You have all grown prettier than a few days ago! When the heart is pretty, one grows prettier and prettier.

The One Who Thinks and Researches One Thing More Than Others Goes Ahead

Now, let us do Hoon Dok Hae. (Hoon Dok reading begins from the Cheon Seong Gyeong, the “True Family” section, Chapter 8, Section 1.) Try saying “gu-gu-gu…!” (“Gu-gu-gu…!”) “Nine times nine (9×9)” is eighty-one.

If you love “gu-gu,” you pass eighty. You become a hundred-year-old friend. So it is. “Gu-gu-gu” — that is “Satan, Satan, Satan,” is it not? “I hate Satan — hate it, hate it! Kill it.” So one says, “Gu-gu-gu, I hate Satan! He cannot cross the hill of eighty.” One who lives so will surely succeed. Hearing too many good words, one grows smaller and smaller.

Let us stop there. If, stuffing in tasty things over and over, one cannot swallow them and spits them out, there is a stench. All flee. Now, let us stop. There are fifteen minutes left till seven o'clock! Today the wind is not blowing. (“The weather is good today.”) Hwang Sun-jo, having failed to catch fish yesterday, must have thought, “Ah, it would be good to skip Hoon Dok Hae and go straight out to sea quickly.”

Nearly all of you here must have been so. Even the Teacher thinks, “Ah, the one who goes faster and harder than I, even I cannot keep up with. I ought to go ahead of the one who goes faster than the one who goes slower….” That is a fine saying. To go ahead of the one who goes fast! Such a person is the one who wins.

The one who thinks one thing more than I do, who researches one thing more, goes ahead. Rather than eating and fighting, one eats and ponders and researches. How good it is to research while eating! What is a spoon (sutgal)? Why are chopsticks (jeotgal) “kkal-kkal-kkal"?

Color (saekkkal), kkal! When we say “color,” it must be bright. Ah! The spoon too wishes to be bright, and the chopsticks too wish to be bright! Kkal-kkal-kkal…! Seeing such a thing too, one says, “Ah, how crisp (kkalkkal)!” Kkal-kkal-kkal…! More than the word “coarse (teolteol),” the word “crisp (kkalkkal)” is that word. So, kkal…! The coarser it is, the more one must go down the path that can become crisp. Hue (bitkkal), eye (nunkkal), kkal!

Everyone, these days, Yeosu has no reed fields, does it? If a reed-field were nearby, one ought to go to the reed-field with a “kkal-kkal-kkal-kkal-kkal.” If one sings such a song, the birds say, “Ah, it will be a calamity if the sun does not come out!” Kkal-kkal-kkal, kkal-kkal-kkal, kkal-kkal-kkal — one sings the song so. Why? Because they have built a nest upon the reeds and laid their eggs there, how anxious the mother and father bird must be. On a clear, sunny day, hue is needed; the dark, they dislike. That sound of dislike is “kkal-kkal-kkal.” Such a song, too, they sing.

That Which Can Become the Infinite Horizontal

Hyo-yul, that is enough; the place you were this time — where was it? (“¿Las Vegas?”) Las Vegas! What is amusing in Las Vegas? The place where we stayed is Mandara-bi (Mandalay Bay Hotel).

When you say “man,” it is a person, but Mandara-bi is the seashore where one hangs people up, kills them, and sends them off. Mandara-bi! A seashore where people are hung up so that one can go and play, startled, while making one's appraisal — it bears that sense too. Mandara-bi!

When you say “man,” what does it mean?

A Korean too is a man, a Japanese too is a man, and an Englishman too is a man — all are men; but one does not regard every man as a good thing. In a world where it is difficult to find even one or two good people, it is Mandara-bi. It is a hill, a river, where men are hung up thick so that one cannot pass. Ah, I thought of that too; it fits. It comes to mean both “many and many” and “none.”

Centered upon a single theme, there are ten thousand affairs. In the four directions — east, west, south, north — the east can be bright, the west dark; the sky-side, because there are stars, can be bright even where it is dark; the earth, having no stars, can be dark. It is the same.

Even if a name is bad, when one thinks of it the reverse way, there are any number of good names. More than liking one who sees only the surface, there are many who, forgetting the surface and seeing the inside, are better people.

Hyo-yul, and next, you know the Silverton? (“Yes.”) What is that, Silverton? When you say “Silver-ton,” one ton, two tons — one ton is a thousand kilograms.

Everyone, how much is a person? Speaking of a person in kilograms, an ordinary woman should be over fifty kilograms. How many kilograms? (“Fifty-six kilograms.” What is under fifty kilograms? When asked, “Do you like five or four?” one says, “I like five.” One likes six more than five, does one not? Do you like 101 kilograms or 99 kilograms? Which do you like, I mean? (“We like 101 kilograms.”) That is a fellow who wishes to grow fat.

It comes out so.

If one says one likes 99 kilograms, then “Ah, that fellow is for growing small.” So one says. Grown large, grown small — one likes the two numbers. I like 100. One hundred becomes the standard between 101 and 99 kilograms. It must not exceed it, nor fall short. One hundred is the horizontal, and the horizontal connects to the infinite. It is a horizontal line that can be connected to the infinite.

For a woman, what is it that can become the master of the infinite horizontal line? It is not the thing at the top. It is right before one's own eyes.

When you look before your eyes, what is it?

Father and mother are before your eyes; the elder sister too lives nearby; the elder brother and elder sister are also before your eyes within our house. Ah, what is closer than that? At the table that goes into the father, at the father's table, the one that goes first and pays its respects is the fly.

Why was the fly's name spoken of as the capital of France (Pari = Paris)?

France is the one that changes well. Seen this way, why does France change so well? The fly, when you look at it, sucks up saliva when you set the saliva so, and standing in the nostril sucks up what is in the nose, and even what one has urinated, and whatever has fastened to where the wind passes — it sucks it all up.

And it sucks up such bad things, but it sucks up good things too. How good it is! When there is the meat dish the king most likes, because it is the fly that wishes to taste the meat dish first, the fly knows etiquette. “I am sorry to eat first, sorry, sorry.” So it says. So it begs.

When it begs, it lies still and prostrate and begs; and because it carries on while taking the food, it braces its feet and even stands up to beg. When there is food, set it up on a pillar so that before it eats this, it comes and begs, propping itself on its leg-pillars, and even while eating, out of pleasure, “Ah, how tasty!” it does — more with the head than rubbing with the hands.

When a person does wrong, he begs so, does he not?

Then, lest someone beside him should snatch away his food, glancing sideways, “Hey, do not come!” so it does. It knows how to do every manner of thing. Though no one taught it, how did it come to know all that?

The One Who Works More from the Same Position Becomes the Center

So, because a person, when he thinks, knows everything, with nothing he cannot know, a person too must meet the eastern person, the western person, the southern person, and the northern person, and know how to discern who is good and who is bad among them, and know how to choose and seek the good person.

The good person of the east, the good person of the west, the good person of the south, north, and center. The one who knows how to seek the good person anywhere — such a one cannot but become a good person without fail!

Do you wish for that? Done three times, it becomes “what is not gained at first is gained on the third (chobudeuksam).”

What is “chobudeuksam”?

It cannot-not-not be! It cannot, it cannot, it cannot — one must answer three times for it to become true. So whatever one wishes to do, only by bearing it once, bearing it twice, bearing it three times, and crossing over, does the good thing arise — it teaches me so! What an education that is. Can one know without learning it?

How does the Teacher think of all that? Taking a single thing and making a thousand things of it — because I can discern good and bad, even though I said I would not become the founder in the Unification Church, I would become it.

Though many get through, if I can discern more than they, then even though I say I will not be the founder, I become it. If the founder flees to heaven, they follow the founder to heaven; if he goes to hell, they try to go to hell too; even if he enters the sea and lives playing hide-and-seek, they try to follow.

So, do you like the Teacher? (“Yes.”) Do you like him or love him? (“We love him.”) As for liking, the horizontal is good to any extent, but loving, the vertical, is only one. One cannot love all merely because one likes them. One must know such a thing.

The good goes out only horizontally, in the four directions, east, west, south, and north; but loving, because it is only one vertical line, is so. Because, on this great floor, the center is one, the one who tries to love, centering upon two, can be turned upside down. He becomes a center that goes not up but down.

That lower center is the chief of the satanic world. The chief in ascending order is God. God is nothing special, and Satan is nothing special! God and Satan are bound to divide. Good and evil must not be together. Because God is the marker that ascends, the opposite always appears, there being only one.

There is only one such place. Because it is eternally one, night and day, “so He became God!” So if one follows God, one cannot go to a good place. So, even in working, one must work harder than before and harder than the one who works hard. The one who does it twice rather than once, the one who does more from the same position, becomes the center.

Even going out to fish — when one is waiting, “It is five o'clock, evening has come; who will be the first to say let us go back?” — A busy, unwelcome fellow appears and says, “It is cold, and the fish do not bite! Let us go back.” That unwelcome man who is the master, I mean, because he catches fish better than I do, one ought to say, “Ah, all right.” But to say, “Ah, is that so? I will fish a bit more and follow you,” will not do. Doing that, a problem can arise.

When one is better than oneself, one must know how to respect, think to serve, try to follow, and look up to him. When comparing oneself, one says, “I am always in the horizontal place, one who must receive guidance; but this person is one whom all, above and below, must like, so it must be so!” How much education is needed!

The Person Who Becomes the Center

When one hears the Teacher's words, though they be the same age, they change into ten thousand kinds. Speaking from the same position, they are perfect words.

What is it that makes one solemn?

It is because one knows how the center must be. Centering upon that path of how it can be, there is a path that can be high and a path that can be low. The path that can be low, I dislike. By the ecology of life, it does not fit.

When one sees such a person, one shuts the left eye first, then the right eye, and because it is unpleasant to look, even bows the face down. Then naturally, one looks first with the right eye, looks with the left eye, and looks up.

For this reason, one knows the Way of the Center (中央之道) and the Way of the Mean (中庸之道).

The Way of the Center! What kind of person is one who knows how to keep the center? None but the master's sons and daughters know how to keep the center. As for the servant, if he passes through the center, he tries to steal it all away as his own. As for the son, having gone right to the center, he tries to gather just as the father had been gathering. It is simple.

So if one only comes to know good and bad, one knows which among the ten thousand kinds is the good thing, and what is the bad thing. From this center, going to the right and ascending is good. The Principle is set to divide it all. On the left, Satan comes and drags down the one who ascends.

In the relation of the subject partner and the object partner, who becomes the center?

Even a woman tries to be first but does not think of becoming the center. Even the man who would be first, if he is in the east, keeps going eastward. The woman, too, gradually loses the center. Eternally, it is difficult to meet the center.

But for what reason does one become the center?

If one likes or loves, one does not wish to let go of what one likes, and one goes horizontally. One does not wish to let go.

And then, on entering the central seat, because there is no one to love, “I must surely take a place and ascend,” one thinks. The mind that was meant to go horizontally changes into the mind to become the center. One does not go this way, but ascends and ascends. Crossing over the left here, can a man do the game a woman does? The woman, being weak, likes to follow behind and dislikes standing in front. All of that is so.

Between one who would keep the central seat in one place alone and one who would go far off horizontally and become number one, which person becomes the master? Rather than the one who would be number one, the one who would go to the center becomes the master. The center is left empty. When the person is empty, how large the seat is! When one thinks, “I will fill it,” then seen horizontally, “Ah, that person has grown several times my size in a year! I am horizontal, but that person has grown round and crossed over upward and is in a place that has occupied everything!” So one says.

Then, when one enters a family, whom must one resemble?

More than the sons and daughters who do the household work well, one must resemble the mother and father who can teach what work, such as keeping the house, can be done. It is the seat that can give.

If one flees to receive, one goes horizontally; but in trying to give, how is it? Because the rear here keeps emptying, “There is none but me. I must give!” — Such a person becomes the center.

So the one who is more for himself is the one who would be number one, while the one who, going to the center, says, “Though I lose everything and stand alone, I will give.” Because he is the center, he is the one who says he must give it all. Staying here, it flows away, but because he lives for the sake of others, he seeks the center for their sake. For this reason, though I be outside the nation, I go seeking the center for their sake.

Who is the center of this nation?

Going to school, the school's principal is the center. Then what is the principal's center? Higher than the school is the province. If a province, the governor is the center, so he too tries to seek that place, that seat. Yet the school teacher and the nation's teacher do not know.

Not knowing, can one become the center?

The one who knew the nation knew how east, west, south, and north stand and what rank he is and went saying, “I will fill that empty seat” — what becomes of him automatically? The one who, even as he goes, goes grasping the tail end and pulling the empty seat along, becomes the center.

Once True Love and True Life Adhere, There Is No Coming Apart

For this reason, a university is needed. Rather than going to primary school, one must go to middle and high school. While attending primary school, in trying to go to middle and high school, the one who, even turning back, gathers what the teachers taught, is not empty front and back but is filled in, and so goes to a higher middle and high school. One can seek a second center. Higher than primary school, the middle and high school; higher than the middle and high school, the university; higher than the university, the graduate school; higher than the graduate school, the doctoral course.

What is a doctor?

He goes around to the side and gets fed. He is a beggar. “Center! Hey, come to me. I will give, give, give…!” Then how many has he strung together by giving? Stringing this way, and stringing on and on, it cannot but grow large.

So, having strung up many, “Here, you take some too! You, you, you—eat and step back!” — when one does that, the hungry person, having eaten and been filled, ought to repay the kindness.

If that person comes to hardship, I tear off my flesh, even, and graft it on for him. Though I lose this much, even so, there is no loss, so I can do it. So, what adheres well? What is good at adhering? (“Would not glue or adhesive adhere well?”) It is adhesive.

Because anyone likes it, I adhere to anyone. Having adhered, when I am tougher and stronger than you, then though I stay still, you too cannot but stay adhered. So glue means to make things adhere.

Once true love and true life adhere, there is no law of coming apart. Because it was given, it does not shrink. It does not retreat. Because one keeps pushing it on, it adheres the more. For this reason, the one who tries to adhere for the sake of others becomes the master.

You all say that you do not even wish to see such a person, who will not even marry. But when one keeps coming and adhering, and even though one comes loose, one adheres so that even the legs cannot stir and even the hair adheres and one is dragged along — when he is stronger than I, “Ah, it cannot be helped. Let me cling to that person and live!” so one says. Though one be dragged about east, west, south, and north, one can live. Because that person likes one, one clings tight and goes about.

Crossing one stage, two hills, and crossing the third hill, one must adhere. Gradually, as time passes, one adheres. Gradually, the person one disliked of old grows likable. As one grows to like him, “Ah, it would have been a calamity to have let go of a person who could be like this…” — and one adheres though a hundred years pass, adheres though a thousand years pass. “I must adhere,” so one says. Such a person wishes to adhere.

So, meeting the Teacher, is it “Ah, today he speaks good words, so it is good!” — What is it? If it is good, either one adheres to oneself or the Teacher adheres. If everyone comes to like me, then though the Teacher stays still, it is you who come and adhere; why should I adhere?

Then you have adhered; and because I have the force to make that adhesion still stronger, though I stay still, “Though countless people come loose, I alone remain!” so one says. Among a hundred, if a hundred, the best person, having adhered, does not come loose, though all the rest come loose.

Though I have given it all horizontally and have nothing, because the glue that can ascend is gathered in me, even if I graft it on vertically, it adheres click, click, click. It adheres to the three stages — formation, growth, and completion. Do you understand?

Vertical formation, growth, and completion are spoken of as history, the Old Testament Era, the New Testament Era, and the Completed Testament Era! Crossing over that, the Fourth Adam's peaceful settlement, Absoluteness, absolute love, and absolute life can stir. With anyone, whether love or life, once a relationship is formed, it adheres inseparably.

Eternally, unbroken until now, it likes everything and likes anywhere, east, west, south, and north. If one can like even in hell, then there too cannot but become heaven. Even hell must become heaven!

Then all consummation comes by handling the vertical-and-horizontal relation well. Even horizontally, in handling it, one is for the sake of others, for the sake of others. More than they, I am for them like sticky rice cake, for them. Does sticky rice cake have a force to adhere, or not? (“It does.”) Does sticky rice cake adhere well, or does gum adhere well? (“Sticky rice-cake would adhere well.”)

Gum, once away from saliva and water, does not adhere. Why? Because water has a greater adhesive force than gum. Water can rise into the air, if only there is a gap.

If there is a gap, it has the adhesive force to go “click.” Floating in water, gum is of no use. Try sticking it on a dry floor. Stick it to the sole, and as one wobbles, it adheres.

The Teacher Knows How to Keep the Beat

Ah, once I start such talk, I will talk on without knowing the time passing; but seeing you find it amusing and like it and laugh, it is ten thousand kinds. So it is. When I speak, all kinds of people think in the four directions: front-back and left-right.

If you are ninety-six, how many times is the teacher that?

Stick on just four people, and it becomes a hundredfold and adheres; and because those people think a hundredfold, a thousandfold, and more, can one trust those people? With one who has touched the surface even a little more than I, they adhere to that side. What is love? Liking is rice glue, and love is reed-glue. It is this strong.

So, rice is something everyone must eat. When hungry, where is there one who says he dislikes rice? Love is one that one cannot give to just anyone. Even the two eyes can be drawn and stuck together here, in between. Even the nostrils can be drawn and stuck. There is a vein that can be drawn and stuck.

Once this adheres, until the one one likes appears, it cannot be moved; and the one one loves too, if one loves beyond loving, even in death, even going to the spirit world, lives thinking of it.

So, if one loves wrongly, the door to heaven slams shut, click. It is set so that the door opens only when all is completed, but if one shuts the door before completion, who will open it?

Already, the train has passed. Having turned back, one cannot do it. For this reason, one must wait. There is a proper time. One must keep the beat, however great one may be.

The Teacher too is too. What is wondrous about the Teacher? It is that the Teacher knows how to keep the beat. This leg means to go this way, and it goes this way. This leg, too, means to go this way, and it lags and follows. It follows. The mind is so.

Because the path of one's original nature that one must go is all there, one knows where one must go and goes carefully, carefully. In moving three steps — once, twice, three times, four times, five times, and six times — from the seventh step, it is a separate detachment. So, the seven-eight, what?

Did the Teacher not bind the seven-eight?

Because seven and eight have become the boundary line, once one crosses seven and eight, nine adheres automatically. Coming up to seven, because eight was not done, one laments one's lot (paljja — “eight characters”). One must do it according to the lot allotted by one's eight characters.

Though one comes to ruin, “I do as I please,” let it be done by one's lot. Bind seven and eight, and nine is set to come and adhere automatically. Even Satan, who had followed the bottom-dressing of the figure eight, if there is a figure eight above the figure seven, adheres to that figure eight above. Having adhered to the figure eight, because it does this motion, it goes up and down, enters heaven, and goes down to hell. Going once and returning, going twice and returning, going three times and returning — it is “what is not gained at first is gained on the third.”

Ah, going three times, going to and fro between the very bottom and the top, with nowhere to go, one must fly off! To fly off, one digs a pit and goes in, and to fly off, one comes up to a high place, comes up to the top, and must fly off! Electricity, because it grasps the top and flies off, is the conducting energy, the generating energy. Electricity is so, is it not? Because it is the energy that conducts on, this is the energy that is for the sake of others, so it ascends.

You know the lightning rod, do you not? Going up to a high, high, pointed place, and from there flying off is what electricity is. In the cosmos, because infinite electricity — negative charge and positive charge — fills the air, when they meet and kiss, fire breaks out.

So, when sleeping, do you wish to sleep beside one who snores? When you kiss, he is still, but he snores. When the thunder rolls, because the lightning flashes, one cannot lie there together. When he snores, because it is heard in the ear, because even the snore is heard in the room where one slept, “Ah, where is that sound coming from?” — and the wife's and the husband's eyes look at each other, the wife and the husband. “Ah, I dislike a snoring husband!” one says — but do you dislike it? If, then, you would not sleep beside him, you can never meet a man!

Love Reverend Moon's Sons and Daughters More Than Your Own

Such things and such — the living of human life—are amusing. Because it is good and also bad, it is amusing. When the good thing is not good either, looking gravely at the bottom, there is a good thing, and where it is called good, climbing to the top, there is a bad thing. There is a stench, I mean. When you plant a good fruit, do you know that you take stinking fertilizer, smear it, and plant it?

This morning, did the Pyeong Hwa Shin Gyeong become a peaceful nerve (sin-gyeong, a homophone play: “Shin Gyeong / nerve”) for you, or are your nerves complicated?

If the husband were ill and even the son were ill and nearly died, would you wish to go see the place where that son nearly died, or not? (“We would wish to go see it.”) Then, if the son had died and the father had lived, what would you do? Would you cling to the son and weep, or would you, seeking the father, say, “I will go and come back — wait!”?

Otherwise, in that place, would your tears come first, or would you kick off and set out upon the sea-road? (“The tears would come first.”)

Then if the father too died, what would you do?

For this reason, if it is said that the son must die at my house and the father must die for the nation, then it is good even if both die. You hear such words for the first time, do you not? (“Yes, we hear them for the first time.”) That is a right saying.

It means love Reverend Moon's sons and daughters more than the sons and daughters of the satanic world. As one truly loves them more, it takes one's breath away. Even if all seventy million of the world die, if a son is to die, one keeps the son and forgets the seventy million who might die, going on a little ahead.

Ah, the mother loves her child more than her husband. You have not even decided that, have you? Aha — I, in the family, as mother, must keep the son. Because the husband goes to a place of death where he can keep the nation, there is God the Father, who can keep him. There is the parent of the heavenly nation.

I, in the family, keep the precious child to the very last; and the husband, though he forsakes the child and forsakes the wife and goes for the nation's sake, the Heavenly Parent keeps him. Because God's family is the master of a love several tens of millions of times greater than my family, our clan, too, and our nation, too, can be loved and more.

So, that I bear it and send him for God's sake is the path of the loyal subject, the method of raising the tower of love. Aju! (“Aju!”)

If one handles it all so, then when I say what I have decided is right, even God says, “Hey, that little fellow! That small woman decided and proclaimed something, and because she has passed through a history in which, dying and going to the spirit world, she could wish to ask even God — when the time when one can die comes, she cannot but go and consult Reverend Moon!”

“God does not well know the heart of Reverend Moon, who departs, leaving the family's son! He knows only the big things,” one might say — but no. God knows it greater than Reverend Moon's small heart and knows even the small things.

So, not thinking of myself, I must go seeking for the sake of the greater world of the future. For the one who goes seeking the family for the sake of the path of death, God prepares even that family, and when one opens the family's door, God opens the door and says He will welcome one in at once.

In winter, centering upon the warm spot of the inner room, spreading a flower-cushion there, having set out a banquet table at which one can be glad, at which heaven and earth can feast, He waits, and offering the table teaches one all that one is to eat. “This is how one eats to make it tasty.” “Is that so?” One tastes it, and because the flavor is as proper as law, one cannot leave God's bosom. Whew! (He whistles.) There one adheres.

Until now, has the Teacher been one who wrote love letters, or not? I have received many love letters. I have seen many women who wept for the Teacher. When I saw one and thought, “That woman will not be able to cross when she comes to that hill!” — My divining proved right.

There were many who said they would die at once for the Teacher. With a knife at once, they would stab their belly and slit their throat, I mean. There is not one who, saying she would die, performed such an act. When I said, “That word that you would die, I too must believe!

Since I will believe it more than you believe it, can you come and die in my stead at the place where I can die?” — Then she said, “I will not die, but it is all right if the Teacher dies,” and she herself crossed the hill. And so they divide.

The Geographical Character of the Korean Peninsula, Centered upon the Pacific

So, where will you go to die? Where are you going?

Where did you set out? Where did you start? Did you go to receive the bridegroom? Is it a path your father-in-law and mother-in-law can be glad of? Where are you going? Following the Teacher, where are you going? Where do you all follow and go? Have you not decided even that?

Before marriage, “We are going to Korea, where Reverend Moon lives,” you said, and came to Korea. Coming, everything does not fit. You do not know the language. The ten thousand kinds of living speech, the ten thousand kinds of describing forms, are absolutely not a place that agrees with you and embraces you. All point fingers and say this and that. When two people talk, one thinks they are criticizing oneself, and not one thought they were doing so to be a fence for one's sake. Is that not so?

Ah, so it is the Genkai Strait (玄海灘, Hyeonhaetan). What “hyeon” character does “hyeon” use? Does it use the “bright hyeon (炫),” or the “dark hyeon (玄)”? (“The 'dark hyeon.'”)

What is the “tan” of Hyeonhaetan?

If it is the valley of “hyeon,” then it is a valley; what is “tan”? It is the road of lament (tansik). It is the road of worry. How did you cross the Genkai Strait? The Genkai Strait one can leap across, so crossing is possible, but the Pacific, how is it?

The Genkai Strait! A small thing was called the Genkai Strait, but it is the Pacific Ocean. Centering upon the great, flat ocean (yang), it is such-and-such an ocean. The word “ocean (洋)” means to interchange. In the Black Current, the fresh water and the salt water interchange. Do you know the Black Current (黑潮), the Kuroshio?

In how many strands does the Pacific water flow?

Following an endless valley in the valley, it goes thus, and because it grows large at a depth no less than ten thousand meters, doing so, it follows along. And then above that, in the broader river, if it went this way, here it goes this way.

And if here it rose, it rises and goes this way; but the Black Current, because it is the water that flows at the very bottom of the valley, is narrow, and how deep it is, one does not know. It is over ten thousand meters deep, I mean. Because that water flows from below, pressed from above and pushed from the side, how fast it must be.

So, looking at the Asian continent, where is the cliff of the Asian continent?

Centering upon the Yalu River, from Yongampo, the sea divides, and it is Lüshun (Port Arthur). There is the battlefield of the old Russo-Japanese War, and from there a cliff runs straight on.

Where is it? Passing Hong Kong, on to Macao, it is so. Centering upon the Yalu River, it is so, and centering upon the Tumen River, from Unggi, this is all a cliff. Centering upon Korea's Wonsan, the waist goes in so. Because the water goes there, it goes in as waste.

So it has become a wall, like China, and if the wall has a vein, is this sedimentary rock, marble, or granite? You do not know all such things, do you? What sedimentary rock is, what marble is, and what granite is, I mean.

But the seawater knows the sedimentary rock, knows the marble, and knows the granite. You all do not know granite, do you? Mt. Baekdu is made of granite. Japan needs hard stone, but Japan's stone, even of the same quality, cracks. The hard one is this stone. Straight on, by way of Unggi, it is Hokkaido.

In Olden Times, Japan Was Ruled by Korean Kings

Hokkaido, several hundred thousand years ago, was Korean land. Why did Japan call it Hokkaido? It is Korean land that, originally. The thing beside Shikoku (四國) is called Kyushu (九州), is it not? Kyushu! Kyushu also crossed the number seven and the number eight and used the number nine. What year is this in Japan — twenty-six hundred and some? When it was five hundred ninety-some, they said twenty-six hundred; how many years is it now? It has not yet reached three thousand, has it?

How many years is Korea's history now?

Though it is called a four-thousand-year history, it is a history of more than five thousand, six thousand, seven thousand, or eight thousand years, I mean. There is material on how the Goguryeo people lived. Looking at Japan, it is so. Has Otsuka come here? “Otsuka” means a great tomb. Tsuka, otsuka! Seen by Otsuka, the ancestors are Korean. Whew! (He whistles.)

If there is a great tomb in Japan, it is leveled flat, and they are afraid to dig it. That is a Goguryeo tomb, a Korean tomb. The murals and such do not wear away well! It is all Korean history. The old tombs of Kyoto are the grave-sites of kings who died long ago when the Korean people played the part of kings.

So if the Japanese dig and it comes out, the moment the hue appears, they must bury it again. They swindle history. Japan invaded Korea, yet says it did not invade. Even in Japanese primary school books, the history that Korea was invaded does not appear. They invaded China too, and invaded the Soviet Union, and in the Pacific even invaded Hawaii; yet they say that, being weak, they lost to us in a contest of strength. When asked, “In a contest of strength, must one lose, or must one win?” — Everyone dislikes losing. One must win.

Even animals contest strength, and only the strong live; if Korea, being weaker than we, lost, why is it an invasion?

If they lost, their flesh ought to be torn off and eaten! Then is Japan's power Japan's own power? When you go to Japan, do the cars drive on the left or the right? (“On the left.”) Driving on the left — where did they learn that? (“From England.”) England! Where did the Japanese army learn from? (“England!”) It is the German army. And then, where did the law come from? Italy!

What does Japan like best?

It liked Germany best, and liked France and Italy. Now, because in the UN, Germany is dominant, France and Italy unite and protect Japan. And America, how is it?

America forbade the Japanese army, even the Self-Defense Forces, from making military arms. These days, to defend against China and the Soviet Union, which invaded Asia, it has revived the old military force of the Self-Defense Forces and allowed the making of an army and a defense line, and even making an atomic bomb is no problem. Now it is all done. They have made it all. Yet they deceive and lie.

Making a guided missile that flies several thousand kilometers in a month or two, loading an atomic bomb upon it, if they use an atomic bomb greater than the one dropped on Hiroshima, all at once, by which over two hundred thousand died, they could blow away America. Putting an atomic bomb on a guided-missile warhead, they could make even America a sea of fire.

For this reason, it is a guided missile that can fly several thousand kilometers and strike America dead-on, and measuring the range of that guided missile, it hits there without fail. Put a hydrogen bomb in, and a hydrogen-bomb thunderbolt falls; put an atomic bomb in, and an atomic-bomb thunderbolt falls. It is such a fearful time.

I Shall Become the Ancestor of the Cheering Squads of the Athletic World

Which president is in America? (“Obama” Who was the one who became president, having been an actor? (“President Reagan.”) Is it Reagan, or Re-again? (“Reagan.”) If it is “Re-gan,” then “Re-again,” said quickly, becomes “Reagan.” There is no law that an actor, a member of a band of entertainers, becomes president. That president I made. I set up a plan to strike the incoming guided missile and shatter it midway. Centering upon Cuba, it became an issue in President Kennedy's day, did it not?

President Kennedy too — why worry so over the Soviet Union carrying its guided missiles? The guided missiles do not even detonate, I mean. What is Cuba? When it comes to “baseball,” Japan was first, but which country won the world championship of baseball at the Olympics and had baseball itself removed from the Olympics?

In Japan, when it came to baseball, Waseda was first. Waseda! “Wa-seda” — having come (wa) and counted (seda). “Having come, I counted — Waseda!” And then it is Keio. So, because Keio had to keep its salute, its courtesy (gyeongnye), toward Waseda, even if the ball came flying, if struck, it was struck, but one must not flee. Whew! (He whistles.) Waseda means “catch the flying ball and strengthen it.” So it is Waseda. If one interprets it so and cheers knowing only that, one lives a hundred victories in a hundred battles. Cheering is a fearful thing.

In Korea, what was the cheering squad in red clothes? (“The Red Devils!”) That — Korea most dislikes the communists, yet they called it the “Red Devils.” When you say “red,” ordinarily the red (a slang for communist) is the red, but it is a red like the head of a red. The Red Devils! So, even in death, the foot lives and cheers, I mean. Wa-wa, wa-woo, woo-woo-ah-ah…! So one keeps the beat.

So, from the seat one is seated in at the stadium, one must rise and stir. Unable to stay seated, rising and cheering, the onlookers also sit and watch the cheering people. It is more amusing than watching the sport. So, following the “woo-wa, woo-wa, woo-wa…!” it comes to an end.

So what is it — “Hereafter Reverend Moon becomes the ancestor of the cheering squads of the athletic world.” I think such a thought. In the soccer world, none can match me, I mean. It is the most famous Ilhwa in Korea. “Ilhwa” means that, great or small, all are one. Whether king or servant, all are one. Whether man or woman, it is one.

So, in “soccer,” Spain is first, I mean; next is England, then Germany, France, Italy. European soccer is famous, and there, what is it — it is Brazil. What is Brazil? “Bul-al” means the man's reproductive organ. Two balls hang, I mean.

What is Brazil (Beu-ra-jil)? “Bul-al” is the man's reproductive organ, and “jil” means the woman's yin palace. “Bul-al-jil”! When this becomes one, with the whole breath and the sound of snoring, one can think of nothing else in all the world's affairs, and one hangs upon it, I mean.

When Brazil and Spain, and then England and France, Germany, and Italy fight over soccer, who wins? The Europeans, though England be their enemy, cry, “England, win! England, win!”; and next, because Spain too was an ancestor of old, “Spain! Win, win!” and then, “Germany! Win, win! France! Win, win! Italy! Win, win!” So they say. England, America, France, Japan, Germany, Italy, and Korea are so. The one coming at the very tail end carrying the flag is Korea.

The Significance of the Proclamation of the Abel UN and the Coronation Ceremony of God

What is the Second World War?

It is the war of England, America, and France against Japan, Germany, and Italy. It is exactly so. The mother, England, bore the son America, and, with mid-rank France, the three became one; and here Japan, in the mother's seat, took Germany as son and Italy as servant and made the Tripartite Pact.

England, America, France, Japan, Germany, Italy, and Korea too—that is seven. Who holds the number seven, the number eight, the number nine? Satan holds them. So, whether the Teacher's head is good or his reckoning deep, I do not know, but I proclaimed the Seven-Eight Jubilee. The Seven-Eight Jubilee, the reign of great peace, Eok Mansei! Four days ago, the Seven-Eight Jubilee passed. After the eighth year, the ninth year came.

On the face, there are seven holes — one, two, three, four, five, six, seven — I mean, and what comes before the number seven? Peace must come. So, who is it that knows that “peace” was taken out from among “the Parents of Heaven and Earth, the Cosmic Sabbath Realm”? Not one knows. None but I knows.

Without peace, a world of right order cannot come to be. Though God enters and dwells, and True Parents enter, and all the world's people enter, unless they hold a Sabbath Realm that can be peaceful, it does not become heaven. No one knows this. For this reason, on this coming fifteenth day of the first month, I proclaimed the UN and the Abel UN.

The Abel UN was already all proclaimed last year — you know that the decision-proclamation of the Abel UN of 194 nations was made, do you not?

As for how many nations the Abel UN nations are, it is 194 nations. Now, as for how many the Cain nations are, there are 193 nations. Add one more, and it is done. When you say “eok (a hundred million),” how is it? “Eok-il (a hundred million and one)” is a new world. Making it exactly one greater, I already proclaimed the Abel UN, Cheon Il Guk. And yet America and the CIA secretly backed it, did they not? It did not come to light.

What moves the world is America and the CIA, the USA and the UN. One must know that. This is Cain and Abel. The enemies are the religious realm and the political realm, and the political realm has been killing the religious realm. For this reason, Reverend Moon at last makes even the UN one, peacefully, without fighting.

So, the Parents of Heaven and Earth, the Cosmos — what is needed there?

One is now entering the prior stage of the Fall called the peaceful Sabbath Realm. Entering the prior stage in reverse, from here one seeks downward. Into the satanic world, I mean. One must first hold the general assembly of the Cain UN. Before the climate of the political world of the USA and the Abel UN, the Abel world cannot but follow along.

So, though the Teacher knows it all, I have plainly taught the regional kings (분봉왕), which no one knew until now, of which, though one be fifty, sixty, seventy, eighty, I told no one. When was that? Last year, was it not? In Hawaii, what month? When I was to go to Hawaii — was that time July 13 or June 13? (“The proclamation of the new civilization was March 17.”)

Was the Hawaii rally held on March 17?

(“Not last year, but the year before.”) Is it March 17 or July 17? (“It is March 17, 2007.”) So, March 17! At that time, I proclaimed the Cheon Il Guk Abel UN. Receiving the protection of the American CIA and the American government, it was done in 120 nations, and, centering upon the Mother, the realm of the three generations was done in 180 nations.

Three times six is eighteen (3×6=18); four times four is sixteen (4×4=16)! The three generations are all finished. The three generations have struck off all the segments of history that had defiled the world's Cain-and-Abel lineage. Only the head remains. Even the head has been split in half and struck. The upper head has been struck off, and only the lower part remains.

Now, on the fifteenth of this month, the Abel UN and the Coronation Ceremony of God are to be held, it was said, were they not?

Now, within these nine days, how is it done? Speaking of God — the commemorative ceremony in which God is enthroned for the first time in several tens of millions of years, ascending to the royal throne — how is it done within nine days? Hwang Sun-jo! (“Yes,” Hwang Sun-jo prepared the coronation ceremony, did he not? The other time, the enthronement of True Parents to the royal throne — who was the center who did it? You yourself were the center, were you not? (“Yes”

This time, the Coronation Ceremony of God is done by you and me, and the American group Yang Chang-sik, and then the Soviet group, and then in Europe Song Yong-cheol, and then in the oceanic realm Yong Jeong-sik. These call together the kings and do it. Centering upon the regional kings, the archangel-kings who had played the part of kings of the world, the kings of several generations, the kings of the seven-generation kingship, gather.

Now, because the archangel's lineage blocks the eighth generation, one need only strike down those who have become the eighth-generation lineage. That is restoration through indemnity. This time, the literary men of Korea are preparing to resolve and proclaim that Reverend Moon is a world hero, a saint among saints. Japan is too, and England is too, I mean.

The famous literary men of East and West, and then, beyond the department stores, the bankers. So, though the legislative, judicial, and executive branches have come forth until now to find the nation, to find the single kingship of the world, beyond the three branches, one must establish the five powers, including the press and the banking world. By this, the King of Peace comes forth.

The pioneering King of Peace is none other than Reverend Moon, is he not?

That, all the world knows. So it is the Parents of Heaven and Earth, the Cosmic Sabbath Realm. As for who enters the Cosmic Sabbath Realm, I mean, the Parents of Heaven and Earth must enter first. The Parents of Heaven and Earth must enter, and already, they have climbed to the top of the kingship of peace. Do you understand?

The Parents of Heaven and Earth, the Cosmic Sabbath Realm, Absoluteness, and the Significance of Crossing the Fiftieth Hill of the Seven-Eight Jubilee

When you say the Cosmic Sabbath Realm, the household of the Cosmos and the top are one. It is God's. There, the word “peace” was what had been used to subdue Satan and pluck off his branches. It is not to stand atop the subdued. Because one stands just as one is, it is the Parents of Heaven and Earth, the Cosmic Sabbath Realm, and there, Absoluteness (絶對性) comes forth. To fight in the world of sexual nature is not peace. Being absolute means the first seat where God and True Parents have become one. It means the seat of love.

Absoluteness, and then what? That sexual nature is the seat that takes the blood of father and mother, boils it in a crucible, and makes one. It is the hollow and the bulge. The hollow and the bulge enter one crucible, I mean. Because the father's blood is the seed of love, the sperm comes out. The mother being the egg, the sperm, centering upon a long pipe, how is it?

The original inner vulva is veiled by the hymen, and once only the first love that can break the hymen opens out, because one enters such a seat as the settled, peaceful family's setting forth, there is nothing in the world to fear, I mean. Now it is the last. It must not take three weeks. What-is-not-gained-at-first-is-gained-on-the-third! Do you understand? So I fixed it for the fifteenth of the first month.

(Last year) is the Seven-Eight Jubilee. The Seven-Eight year is a Jubilee, the fiftieth-anniversary Jubilee. It is done centering on seven years. Seven times seven is forty-nine (7×7=49); from forty-nine it becomes fifty, I mean. I spoke the word “Seven-Eight Jubilee,” which becomes the first head; it is a Jubilee that has crossed the hill of the eighth year. It comes out so.

Seven times seven is forty-nine (7×7=49); one holds the forty-ninth-day rite, does one not?

Adding one to that, one crosses the fiftieth hill. So the door of hell opens at once, click, I mean. So it is the number eight. What the Seven-Eight Jubilee means is that, only after fifty years, there is no boundary line. The nation's boundary line is but one.

Korea is the fatherland. God's fatherland, which the satanic world's seven-times-seven forty-nine (7×7=49) rite could not cross, greets the fiftieth-year Jubilee. The fiftieth-year Jubilee — this Jubilee does not come after seven years. Because it is greeted in the eighth year and becomes a Jubilee crossing fifty years, one crosses the once-only fiftieth hill of the fatherland's liberation. The year after the first month is crossed to lay, to set in order, heaven's foundation.

So, seven and eight having become one and been crossed without difficulty, now the UN nation and the Abel UN have become one, I mean. The nation's king crosses the world's boundary line and holds even the Coronation Ceremony of God, and Satan, attending and cooperating — having become a foundation that can cooperate not as a servant but at the tail end of a loyal subject — since the Seven-Eight Jubilee has been crossed, one crosses over into the world of the reign of great peace, Eok Mansei!

So, on January 3, I came to Yeosu and Suncheon on a first inspection tour. When you say “Yeosu,” Suncheon follows. The word Yeosu means “clear water” (yeo-su = "clear water"). The seawater, passing the Yeosu-Suncheon sea, becomes clear, I mean. Why? Because here there are many tidal flats—do you know there are many reed fields? (“Yes.”)

The Journey of the Sperm

It is the Absoluteness you all must keep — but is Absoluteness easy?

Absolute love is the sperm, absolute life the egg. It means the master of life is the mother. From the marrow, from the flesh, from the fat — where does it hang? The fat is in the flesh and the skin. From the skin, the down — because all of it hangs on the mother's body, a single sperm has flown in from somewhere. The journey of the sperm — were one to write a record of it, it would truly become a masterpiece novel.

Until now, God's creation has been around for several hundred million years, I mean. Speaking of the Teacher, from the time I was fifteen or sixteen years old, the journey of the sperm began. From the journey of the body, and then, having completed the body, from the journey of the wife's body, and then it becomes the sons and daughters. From the journey of the sons and daughters to the grandsons, journeying upon the earth in four generations, one lands. The thing that can land thus upon the earth lands only in the fourth generation.

The father of the four generations must embrace and love. God and True Parents, and then the grandfather and the father, become object partner and subject partner and plant the seed, I mean. That took several tens of millions of years, I mean.

How far the journey-path of the sperm of several tens of millions of years was, I mean. One thought it would do to go a thousand leagues — what is it? The unit is a thousand leagues. One, ten, hundred, thousand — the fourth is a thousand leagues. A thousand-league expedition! One does not say a hundred-league expedition, does one? Centering upon the sperm, having gone the thousand-league expedition's road, then it becomes two thousand leagues. The mother! Done in the father's body, because the egg is what circles the whole of the mother's body and overflows and comes forth, so it is.

So, one must lament one's lot. To read one's fortune, one must match the year, month, day, and hour of birth. The phrase “the Four Pillars and Eight Characters (saju palja)” is so. So Rome, too, centering upon Rome, is connected in all directions, eight ways (satong-paldal). Rome also used the Four Pillars and Eight Characters. The Three Object Purpose is the solving of the Four Pillars and Eight Characters.

Everyone, you do not know the Three Object Purpose, do you?

One must know it at once. The planting and harvesting of the seed of the Three Object Purpose is the love of husband and wife. Until now, the Teacher has settled all accounts, so that now, centering upon the three generations of the Three Object Purpose that can be so, one can do the first love.

A Teaching Found Neither in History Books Nor in Encyclopedias

This time's helicopter accident, passing through four stages of failure and going out — set against Jesus on his return to the cross — is being reborn. It is being born again. Once reborn, the moment one is reborn, one loves. Being reborn, one must fill in the horizontal marrow.

The flowing of water is spoken of along the river course. In the history of civilization, what is the first? The Mediterranean civilization-realm! Where does the water flow into the Mediterranean from?

Does the water flow out from the Mediterranean?

It was called the sea in the middle of the land. It is the deepest place. The Dead Sea of the Jordan River is so called, and the Dead Sea is set to dry up, is it not? Do you know that the Mediterranean is deeper than the Dead Sea? It is the Mediterranean. Why must water flow into the Mediterranean? Because it is the deepest, I mean.

For a woman, the deepest place is the vulva. The man is the stone-palace, and the woman is the yin-palace. The joining of the virtue of the stone-palace and the yin-palace is at last the wedding day of woman and man, of Adam and Eve. Then must the water flow out or flow in? It is the woman who is three years older, I mean. Water collects in the woman's womb, I mean. Do you understand?

The Western woman, by thirteen, is full. Because she is full and so must receive the baby-seed there, her hips are large. Korea is one year behind. It goes to fourteen, fifteen, sixteen. One generation must pass through two generations. One-two must pass for one-three to become the same subject. One-two is a man and a woman, becoming one pair.

For this reason, husband and wife are one body. Father and son are one body. Brothers are too. One bears female-and-male twins, bears male twins, and bears female twins. Our mother bore female and male twins, a brother, and a sister. She bore thirteen, I mean. Coming to know that, it is truly principled. If one tells all of that, “Ah, how precious that lineage is!” so one says. So, being born, one knows it all.

The Teacher, having small eyes, in olden days would not open his eyes unless his mother looked. While lying so, where he ought to have opened his eyes and blinked, he blinked with his eyes shut, I mean. For three days, it was so, they say.

So the mother, “Then, have these eyes stuck together?” — and opening them so, she could see a faint slit, they say. One must pass through the number three. What-is-not-gained-at-first-is-gained-on-the-third!

Korean words are all revelatory words like this. So learning Korean is how much…. For this reason, it is Hunminjeongeum (訓民正音, the Correct Sounds for the Instruction of the People).

When King Sejong made the Korean language to teach the people, he began with the correct sound, I mean. Because a thing that comes into being sets out seeking love, there is nothing that does not communicate through speech, I mean.

Whew, it is getting near eight o'clock! But such words are found neither in history books nor in encyclopedias. I meant to make an encyclopedia; if one spoke of such a tradition of love and one came to know it, “Ah! The woman is like this, and the man is like this.” So one says.

How Much I Have Suffered to Find the Path of God's Substantial Love

Why was a woman born?

She was born because of God, I mean. Why was God born? Why was God born, I mean? It is because of a woman. Why was the character “son (子)” attached to the word “woman (女子)”? One could say “yeo-nyeo” or such, I mean.

Inverting the twin of the “woman (女)” radical is the character “mother (母).” Try writing it. It is right when it makes an X (⨉); done this way, it does not fit. If it is a navel, one fits the navel exactly by an X, does one not? For this reason, what has the navel strung through it is the character “mother (母).” This is the woman, is it not? Two dots were struck, were they not?

And the woman was done this way, so one long stroke was done, was it not?

Matching this long one with the long one, and centering upon these two dots, here one strings this through. Inverting the two, inverting them in an X (⨉) and joining them, is the character “mother (母).” Who discovered even that? (“Father did it.”) Is it “Abanim,” or “Abeonim”? (“Abeonim!”) “Abeot” can mean a friend, but when you say “Aba,” it becomes “Abaji” (father).

Abaji, Abeoji! Which is the true word?

The Pyeongan dialect is the true word. In Pyeongan speech, the word “Abeoji” is “Abaji.” “Abeoji” is the word meaning a friend who can be a companion, I mean. Abaji! (“Abaji!”) Even Hunminjeongeum has much that ought to be corrected. If one corrects it into something difficult, studying will be hard.

Even if there is a path on which one can roughly know things and bear sons and daughters and live amusingly, it becomes a logical welfare that can win a hundred victories over the satanic world.

Have you heard the phrase “logical welfare”?

Being a welfare in which the words fit by logic, there the mother and father too — because the words fit — are a mother and father one likes, and all become so. It is a welfare in which the elder brother and elder sister are liked, the welfare of Cain and Abel.

Among you, there are women who have even finished graduate school, are there not? Women who have finished graduate school, raise your hands once. Finishing graduate school, one becomes a master, does one not? (“Yes.”)

One must know that a doctor (PhD) must put their hand to it and research yet more. Does “doctor (baksa)” use the “teacher sa (師),” or the “scholar sa (士)”? (“It uses the 'scholar sa.'”) Why use the “scholar sa”? A doctor who does not study steps back. One must study.

What is love?

That does not work with mimicry. Because one does not know love, one must know how to touch love, know how to peel and eat the husk of love, know the flesh of love, and even know the flavor of the sperm within love and the egg within love.

How loud is the sound of the sperm and egg kissing!

More tumultuous than the thunderbolt in the air, than the lightning, is the sound of the sperm and egg kissing and being glad.

Whew — if it is truly so, then though one die a hundred times, one must experience it once and die. Though one has entered and come out of hell a thousand, ten thousand times, unless one has that experience, there can be no such thing as sons and daughters centered upon the blood-flesh of God, nor a family-clan of God. How fearful a word it is.

Though one burns Japan's several thousand years a hundredfold, a thousandfold, into dust so that it flies off at a single puff, there is no way, even through worldly knowledge, even though one has given all loyalty on the path of the Way upon the earth, to touch the substantial love of God within it. So, how much suffering must the man called Reverend Moon have had to find that path!

If there were a single grain of golden royal sand buried in the very middle of the Pacific, when one picks it out and peels it and eats it, the flavor was more delicious than water, more delicious than flesh, more delicious than fat, more delicious than all sweet things! That God's love holds such a mysterious, noble flavor of love, none but Reverend Moon knows.

Everyone, can you dig into the belly of Reverend Moon?

Entering even into the unseen dark chamber of the labyrinth of Reverend Moon's love, “Ah, let us now find out, beginning from the history in which God could grow!” —I mean. One must know all of that. Only knowing all of that can one conclude the nucleus of the cosmos: “God is the harmonized being of dual characteristics, and at the same time, in terms of position, the masculine subject partner.” With that single phrase, the cosmos is all unraveled.

One Must See It Through to the End, Centering upon True Parents

This year, the Parents of Heaven and Earth, the Cosmic Sabbath Realm, Absoluteness, True Love—what? (“True Life, True Lineage!”) Within True Lineage, is not the footing on which the male nature and female nature of true Absoluteness move with the utmost devotion the seed of love?

How that hollow and bulge must be glad!

If God could, at the very midmost seat that gathered up all the correlative elements of such a great cosmos, do the first love so that God's blood and flesh could be assimilated, then even the things of creation belonging to it would go “mmm, mmm.”

The fragrance of love would arise, and the flavor of love would have remained; but that flavor was all severed by the Fall. The world of creation laments, the human world laments, and the spirit-persons gone to the spirit world lament.

How is this whole thing to be liberated?

That is the Messiah's responsibility. Because True Parents did wrong, True Parents must newly open it. With True Parents knowing nothing, it will not do.

When climbing a mountain, one must always face the place one ascends with the right hand…. When going this way, one makes it go this way. It is set to be guided along, I mean. You do not know the path of love, do you? Do you know it? Do you? Then, with what devotion must one labor for it to be taught?

Your ancestors, living, bound the belt of devotion for several thousand years and yet could not undo it; and the Principle by which one can know True Parents is so too. It does not work with the Wolli Haeseol. It does not work with the Wolli Kangron. The Principle — what? (“Wolli Boncheron!”)

You know how to read it, but do you know the Wolli Boncheron?

It is the kiss of God's lips, the kiss of God's tongue-tip, the kiss of God's teeth. Though one did the game of dying, the inner God that grows up within God's heart has not yet appeared. Through True Parents, it has not yet appeared. It has not yet climbed onto the seat of True Parents, onto that throne.

Now, centering upon the fifteenth of this month, this work must be done—where will it be done?

Will it be done upon the sea or on a mountaintop? Where will it be done? In a tent? Will it be done at a Japanese shrine or in the palace within the Nijubashi (二重橋, the Double Bridge)? That is nothing. One must enter the garden where God began to grow from before eternity and hold the wedding ceremony.

Here there is the Wolli Boncheron; and beyond the Boncheron (the Treatise on the Substantial Original), what is there? Because it is the Boncheron, God's Wonsangron (the Treatise on the Original Image) comes forth.

Though one knows the Boncheron, God's body resembles mine; but how is God's heart?

What is the heart of love?

Because God is the masculine subject partner, would He have a reproductive organ? Would he, or not? (“He would.”) Did that reproductive organ come forth as one upon which God, examining it and saying, “It is all done,” set His seal? What a labyrinth it is. Though you offer devotion, though a thousand generations all grow old and die in a single night offering devotion, how is it? A thousand generations did so, but ascending later, where they join, going to the very top, there is no way to contact God. That must be through the body of True Parents.

True Parents are the first, are they not? That work can never be otherwise, I mean. Centering upon True Parents, one must see it through to the end, and centering upon True Parents, one must begin, I mean. One must hold the breadth of mind that can love the world's people more than God.

It is the Parents of Heaven and Earth, the Cosmic Sabbath Realm; the Parents of Heaven and Earth, the Cosmic Peaceful Sabbath Realm — that is all correct, but “peace” was taken out. That is not a matter you all can discuss. Only the parent, beginning from the parent.

So, the Parents of Heaven and Earth have not yet finished God's coronation ceremony. The foundation of peace has not yet been spread out, I mean.

So, only when the door of heaven is opened and the door of hell is automatically opened, are the peaceful this-side and that-side the same. When above and below, right and left, and front and back all become the same, no load is placed.

Action and Force: the Logic of O (〇) and X (⨉)

Ah, no load is placed. If it is 100 volts, all is 100 volts. Whether at the center here or anywhere, all is 100 volts. Seeing such a thing, one says “Woo-wa…!”

What is it that can overcome the culture of electricity?

Is action first, or electricity first? That becomes the question. Does the force of electricity arise as a force and give rise to action, or does action arise and combine with a composed force so that electricity comes forth?

From one side alone, force does not come out, however one tries. East, west, south, north! Only when east and west are connected do south and north arise. South and north arise, and east and west do not come forth. The reverse does not work.

For the frame of the Four Position Foundation to arise, what is it?

The four pillars — this is the frame. It is a frame, but it must become one plate.

Here, there is no X (⨉). If one makes an X here, in the middle of this, one must bore a hole through, I mean. Otherwise, this becomes blocked, I mean. Done this way, the X becomes the middle, does it not?

In the middle of the X (⨉), the sphere cannot enter. However much this be an offering table, it is a leg through which, anywhere in heaven and earth and the four directions, a hole can be bored through. The offering table becomes an X here.

Only so does it not topple done this way, not topple down this way, not topple done this way, not topple done this way. This one topples down this way, topples down this way.

This cosmos is a world of O (〇). Because it is hollow, empty, though the various subject partners and object partners be layered up, O (〇) and X (⨉), within that O one can enter and breathe and live. If the air, like water, were all herded together—if the air were like water, how would it be?

Where air has entered, can water enter? Air, even where there is water, can enter, since it enters even into water. How astonishing a thing the forming of form is. Water makes ten thousand kinds of form, of shape, and if one puts a husk over it, it resembles. It can take on ten thousand kinds of shapes, I mean. It can become an element, I mean.

If one is a frame like Hwang Sun-jo, in places apart from Hwang Sun-jo's kind, it is neither digested nor present. If only a husk like O (〇) gets through, one can enter anywhere. Yet what is the offering altar — one must do restoration through indemnity. One must overcome O (〇) and overcome X (⨉).

Until one digests the five stages of X — the individual X, the familial X, the clan X, and so on — and a hole is bored through “pop!” one cannot have a nation. There cannot be the nation's people, the nation's race, the nation's clan, the nation's family, and within the family, the grandfather and the father, I mean.

The father, too, has his most secret altar, an X (⨉) that the father alone has. Even the X has a hole bored through, I mean. Molding it and molding it, and the two coming there and being locked exactly, when, turning all the way around, it is matched and then “click,” it becomes so and so.

This one breathes in its own way, and this one breathes in its own way, I mean. Because this one breathes in its own way, centering upon this nucleus, it seems there is nothing above the void (空); but adjusting it here and clearing it all off and coming back, it is everywhere, I mean.

How does it become round when even the middle has all been tied up, so, I mean? That is what I mean. Here, where there can be an X (⨉), one makes an O (〇); and this side and this side flip over with a whoosh and are matched with a whoosh. How fast it is, one does not know, I mean. If one offers that sacrifice well, one can match it fast, I mean — in an instant.

By not cleaving the dove, the eagle flew down and descended instantly, did it not? It became an X (⨉).

If that has a nucleus, sending it round this way, this way, and this way, and because the thing itself turns, because it keeps growing, it eats up these surroundings, I mean. For this reason, the cosmos must have a nucleus. That nucleus is unseen to human beings and unseen today in the Unification Church, but centering upon the nucleus called heaven, it is arrayed round about.

The Fraudulence of the Thesis-Antithesis-Synthesis Logic and the Theory of Dual Characteristics

The Teacher's mouth is amusing, is it not?

If one bought this much money, how much would it be? Though one gives several hundred million dollars, several hundred million dollars, one cannot buy it, I mean. That I graft on for you, I mean. I graft it on. The root of the sperm and egg, the principle of harmony of God's love!

Where God's love is absent, there is no harmony. The path Satan goes is the principle of the opposite. The root is the character “upright (正).” It is “upright (正),” a lid put upon “stop (止).” The moving world is called “upright (正),” I mean. Putting a lid upon “stop (止)” — because one covers something else — is that not the saying that it moves? That is “upright.” No one can shift it.

The phrase “thesis-antithesis-synthesis (正反合)” is a fraud. If one had said “thesis-division (正分),” division ought to increase more; it ought to become destruction or division — so what is this logic that it becomes unification and one? It is a fraud.

That, by the emergence of the Unification Principle, how does it turn out? Because it is thus, the thesis-antithesis-synthesis logic is a fraud. Divided from the thesis, how does it become unification, become harmony? It is a fraud, I mean. What attests to that is the Unification Principle.

Entering into God's attributes, God has dual characteristics. As for the dual characteristics, the male too has dual characteristics; the female too has dual characteristics. Because it was called dual characteristics, all were entered in. Is that not so? Because it has dual characteristics, the male nature and the female nature enter in. When you say “characteristics,” it means the natures are all contained therein. It is the harmonized being of dual characteristics.

Harmony—though they are one in position, the dual characteristics are not the same, I mean. They have become the male nature and the female nature. In position, the masculine nature is the subject partner; the feminine nature cannot be the subject partner, I mean. It fits exactly.

If one only knows this principle, then if you say you will fight with a man, you must curse and cut off your tongue. And gouge out your eyes, I mean.

That is destruction, I mean. The eyes of the face become crooked, or the nose crooked, or the mouth crooked, or even the ears attached backward, I mean. And next, because the head falls off, one must die, I mean. That is a right saying. Dual characteristics, masculine characteristics, and feminine characteristics, I mean. Being dual characteristics, having become body and mind, it is a harmonized being; and man and woman, subject partner and object partner, are so too.

Anything that is harmonious is a harmonized being. It is a formula. It becomes a harmonized being, and in position is the masculine nature. All things grow large and small according to the male, not large and small according to the female, I mean.

So, the woman likes to receive and dislikes giving. The one who likes to give is the father. What can be the bone of the bone is the father's sperm, is it not? The sperm is first; the egg is not first. The egg is the wrapping cloth. Is a wrapping cloth that is a mottled, amusing wrapping cloth, or a white cotton wrapping cloth? The women all like a wrapping cloth that has color when they wrap things, do they not?

Look. The man, seen this way, is the dusky dawn light of morning; all are so, are they not? The hair is also black, the brows are black, and the face is black. By day, because one is exposed to sunlight, one grows dark, does one not? Only growing dark do the women who seek the dark cling, I mean. The man must brighten the day, and the woman must brighten love, I mean.

In love, the woman awakens first — do you know that?

Going to kindergarten, when one chooses a partner, the man is dazed and does not know. The woman, to find her partner, comes round and “It is so-and-so number of such-and-such a row.” She knows exactly. She is three years ahead. In affection (情) she goes ahead.

For this reason, when the master of the sperm, who can become the husband, comes, “Where did you come from?” she asks, I mean. When one inquires, it ought to be, “I came from the father.” If it is, “I came from the mother!” then it means she herself goes ahead. Because it came from the father, with woman or man alike, the father's sperm goes ahead; is that not the saying that there is no law of its going behind?

A household into which a woman who slights men has married is not at peace. When you say “rooster,” they catch and eat it first, I mean. If there is a dog, they hate the male more than the female and try to catch and eat the male first, I mean. The ox too is the male. Then can a woman live alone?

Ah, the hour is late, so what shall I do now? Auntie of Jeju Island! I am winded. Try singing a song. (Flower-children's gathering (Reverent bow.)

Even so, because I married off the Unification Church members, wherever I go, when I enter a village and say, “If there is a Blessed family of the Unification Church, call them!” and they are called, if told to sing, they sing, and if told to dance, they dance. When I see the couples living so splendidly….

You are young, so you all live happily and well. (“Yes, thank you!”) (Applause.) Centering upon True Parents, let us see it through to the end.
