Where are your husbands and your children? Are they inside me, or outside me?
Where is God?
God cannot have come in to dwell inside me. Even while you are here, you have forgotten the purpose for which you have come here. You don't understand why I have come here.
Where has our husband gone, and where have our sons and daughters gone? I had hoped that husband and mother and sons and daughters would come together; the sons and daughters had no choice, their age not yet reaching it, but where did the husband, whose age is full, go? The husband ought to become one with me, but he has not become one—where is he? That is the problem.
We, Who Live Forgetting the Self That Transcends the World
Last evening, a school of sea bass swept over us. It was probably within an hour and a half. As for the sea bass, I could not catch even a single large one and caught one of about this size.
The evening was drawing near, and it was time to return, so I was about to forget where the sea bass were, when a school of sea bass came pushing in. I wanted to catch them all at once with a net, but there was no net. With only my hands, I tried to catch them by hand, but could not.
Last evening, when you came in, did you eat the sea bass as sashimi (さしみ)? “Yes.” Did you eat your fill, deliciously? “We ate it deliciously.”
Aigo, I am thankful you ate it deliciously, but the point is whether it became the motivation for a strength to eat something even more delicious than the food you ate deliciously.
That motivation disappears, and only the self remains, and what then?
In my heart, I say, “It would be good if there were that fellow I could eat deliciously again.” It is forgetting the original mind. The point is, you must know that we are people who live forgetting the self that goes beyond me, beyond my family, beyond my world.
Yesterday, when it had passed half past six, a person beside me said, “Aigo, Father! You have caught a lot, so we should go now.” “No! If I catch just three more, these people will have the margin to eat sea bass sashimi to their heart's content, eat again, and wrap some in cloth to eat tomorrow morning too,” I said—but those remaining fish, having come seeking me, fled away. So I thought it would be good if I caught just three more.
Even if each fish fled one by one, if I had caught three fish, those fish would have become mine—but what happened? They are not mine. Who am I? I have not become the master of the fish that come seeking me. I rushed the time, oblivious to the self that had forgotten the master's seat. And where was I trying to go meanwhile?
Was I trying to go to sleep?
I said I could not sleep. As I came in, I thought how many more I would catch, but those fish that had waited at our threshold all disappeared.
Would the school of fish that vanished be there again this morning?
To think that way is to disregard nature. It is to disregard nature's value and purpose. What is it to think they will already become mine? You must know there is no such shame in it. This morning Father came out here at exactly five o'clock and thirty-seven seconds. You may have waited and thought, “Aigo, thirty seconds have passed, and Father will not appear today!”
During those thirty seconds, you would have wondered, “Will he appear, or not?” If you lose thirty seconds that way, what happens? Since thirty seconds have passed, Father will follow the world of those thirty seconds—but what will become of you? It is a problem. To become one is an exceedingly difficult thing.
When you cross your legs, the leg on top is happy and at play, but the leg below must brace. The proportion of force is crossed above and below—how can that become a place where both can be happy? It is serious.
Can I, knowing it is serious, govern and care for everything from above?
The point is whether you are in the position of a master who can think for and care for others as God's representative within that tiny realm of time. Even Father often forgets that place.
The Person Who Lives Hoping for the Sake of the Partner
So, Mother said she would come, but when I asked this morning, too, she did not know the time for certain. She did not know at lunchtime, and when evening came, she still did not know. Even at bedtime, she does not know.
If you knew, would you wait or forget? You cannot forget. What is it to wait? A person who does not know even the time that Mother appears within that realm of time does not wait for the time that the master of the great universe comes seeking either.
What am I? What am I trying to do?
I am telling you not to forget today. The point is, for whom are you living today? I told five couples, each of a husband and wife, to come here. Five refers to the fingers of the left hand and the right hand. Add the shadow to the five, and it is ten. Since there is a left hand, since there is a shadow, what then? Including even the shadow, a condition that can stand in for ten is established.
So, on the balance beam, even if you place something only a little lighter, the opposite side rises. It must be level; if it rises, a step forms. The point is whether you yourself can always halt at the level line. The night passes, and you look toward morning—must you sleep more? What do you do? The morning sun rises, the day passes—what do you do, I ask? You live so hurriedly, unable to rest. Do you understand? “Yes.”
You are always busy. When you are this busy and would eat, you look at the rice. Look at the rice; I am telling you to look at the rice (bap bwa, a play on bap).
When you are hungry, before the left hand goes to the rice bowl, the right hand tries to go, and before the right hand goes, the left hand tries to go. The two fight. With which hand will you eat?
Will you eat with the right hand?
The master of the right hand is God, and the master of the left hand is also God—and what monster and freak am I, who can eat with those hands? Life is that serious.
The person watching that hand laughs. At such a time, how shameful it is not to have a heart that is weeping. That is why, when you join your two hands and say, “I must go this way,” what then? The resolve that was rising falls to a place where there is nothing. When you say that the resolve that was rising devours it all, drags down my hands and feet, and drags down my body too, and I am falling downward, what will you do?
We live by placing our lives on the balance beam. In catching fish, too, is it good to catch a large fish or good to catch a small fish? “It is good to catch a large fish.”
However large a fish you caught, it is missing one eyeball. You caught a small fish, and it has both eyeballs. Then will you take the large one and boil and eat it, or take the small fish and raise it? “I will take the small fish and raise it.”
To raise it, how many years will you raise it?
When asked to exchange a fish that lived ten years and lost one eye for a fish just born but with both eyes, shining bright, will you exchange, or not? “I will not exchange.” God is like that. To say you will not exchange is not simply to say you will not exchange; you must say you will take responsibility and raise it.
Then, if you say you will not eat the large eyeless fish but wait for the small fish and eat it, when is the relationship with me formed?
Even the fact that you raised it passes away. That is why, if you center on yourself, everything is in vain. For the person who lives hoping for the sake of the partner, tomorrow comes seeking him. For the person who centers on himself, today passes, and the next day passes too.
To wait for such a person is something God too does not want, and not only one's own nation and family and beloved wife, but even my body and mind split apart entirely. So it is serious. I was not born for myself. Even when I go somewhere, I cannot go by myself. You must find the root. Where do you find it? It is the one and only God.
The Heavenly-Lineage People
(True Father conducts Hoon Dok Hae on the address titled “The Settling of the Abel UN and the Completion of Cheon Il Guk Is Korea.”) It said, “The Korean people are a people who, from of old, have revered God as the highest and supreme ancestor among their ancestors…”—but the point is whether there is anyone who feels it. You would have said, “That would be so!” Did you read it knowing it that way? (Hoon Dok Hae continues)
Was there a grandchild of Heaven?
Were there a daughter and a son whom Heaven could love? Were there, or not? “Until now, there were not.” Why were there not? God drove them out. Will the sons and daughters He drove out that way come following, seeking Him? The point is, who fled away, leaving the God who is waiting?
Having been driven out that way, both came to ruin, saying, “It is fine if God dislikes me. I will live my own way.” And so, having gone round one full circle, the Father is looking this way, but I am off by 360 degrees in angle. Must I call him Father? Can he call me son? It cannot be.
So, where are the “heavenly-lineage people”? There is only this: “I must take responsibility. Let me make it!” Then can I make it? Knowing that I cannot do as I please, even with the young of animals, even with a chick, how can I take responsibility? The point is, who takes responsibility for it? It is the heavenly-lineage people. There is only me! Since there is only me, God too must hold on to me.
To fly off anywhere, what is needed?
The beak must go forward. The neck goes forward, and the body follows. Throwing away even the tail, what do you do? When the crane flies, it flies, stretching its legs at the very back.
What differs among the crane, the wild goose, and the duck?
The duck, for swimming, has webbing attached between its toes—but what about the crane? Is there webbing between the crane's toes too? The legs gathered like this are a duck's legs. Both are birds, but the legs are not the same.
The high-flying crane, flying so it can rise even higher, carries the sun at the very top. Its legs are not gathered but can spread farther apart, and what then?
When it treads the ground, the talons become a thousand fathoms, ten thousand fathoms, and with great feet, it means to fly high in the heavens.
So if it is made so that the head and the body lead and the legs can follow behind, how great a thing those bird's legs are, I say.
Then did the legs become that way because it wished it? It is neither our mother nor our father. In Jeolla, there is a bridge called the Crane-Leg Bridge, is there not? One leg treads, and one leg lifts this way. When it grows hard, it switches the right leg and the left leg. If it stands thirty minutes on the right leg and twenty-five minutes on the left leg, then who supplements it after that? There are only our mother and father, our siblings, and me, I mean.
The seawater is strongest on the ninth, tenth, and eleventh days of the tidal cycle. That water does not stay still. When it is weary, with the leg in this state, how does it rest? It ought to tread with two legs, but it is treading with one leg, so it is the death of it. So when it has no strength and the leg bends, will the body be submerged in the water, or not?
The point is, at such a moment, how much can I remain?
At that time, you cannot hold on to yourself. If there were even a rope mid-air, I would grab that rope and climb, and if there were even a ladder, I would grab even an endless ladder and climb. And so I would forget the place where I was about to die and climb—but if there is no strength beyond the strength by which the leg can bend, what becomes of it, I ask?
The God Who Would Hold On to the Living Seed
The time has reached six o'clock. Yesterday, before seven, coming in at half past six, there was something I missed and left behind, so I want to go to that place and see. I want to go and see, and if they are waiting for me, how welcome it is! More welcome than mother, more welcome than father, more welcome than my bride.
If a nobleman would stay up all night to catch such waiting fish again, then would not the fish too, having waited all night to see that person, say, “Hurry and catch me, feed me to your sons and daughters, and fulfill the way of the family of filial sons, loyal subjects, saints, and holy ones”?
The word for sea bass (농어, nong'eo) means dragon-fish, I say. What it is called in English is dragon fish.
If you call it a dragon, it was flying in the air—how did it come onto the ground?
Since I love the dragon fish, if it says, “I have come from the air to fetch you, so ride me!” and you say you will ride, it says, “Close your eyes for just ten minutes!
Then I will pass through the world of the air and go all the way before God, so wait just ten more minutes!”
When you are suffocating to death, what is it like to wait ten minutes?
You must have a heart that can say, “Aigo, even if I die, it is fine.” When the time to die, the position of dying, comes, people try to flee. In that fleeing, if you are told to wait two minutes, you cannot wait those two minutes and flee.
What will I, who cannot keep two minutes at will, accomplish?
Do you fish to catch and eat the sea bass? What is fishing (낚시, nakssi)? It means letting the seed (씨, ssi) flow away. It means letting the bait flow away.
When you look at an old coin, holes are punched right through it, and if it is like that, it is no use even if you catch it. You want the round thing itself, and if it is flat, it is of no use, I say. Why? I must ride it and roll along. Rolling, where will I go? Will I go up, or down? Whether I roll going down or roll going up, I get wounded. What remains is the round thing. What remains is the round thing that, undented, can become a seed.
God is holding on to that. He would hold the seed to the very end. What it is is not a dead seed but a living seed. Why is it alive? When you bear down to crack it, it grows bigger and bigger. A miracle unfolds. There you come to know it, saying, “God waited for me to be saved and to live well, even though I struck against such an environment where I could die!”
Then, going before Him, I ought to be able to help so that I grow bigger sooner, broader sooner, higher sooner—but if I consume that strength and say I will live, it becomes, “I have become the one who makes even God die!” You go to such a place.

The Creator of the Night and the Creator of the Day Are Distinct
It is the one master. There, it has set “the Creator of night and day” and placed it in parentheses. The master of the night and the master of the day, the Creator, are distinct, I say. Now at last, it is clarified. It is proclaimed in writing. The master of the day must become the Creator.
What can God do alone?
The saying that God is the Absolute One is correct. God is the Absolute One. The being who is the Absolute One must have an absolute partner.
Which comes first, night or day?
Which comes first? Night comes first. The day is like a halo around the moon. In the Korean language, no sound can be made. Among the created things, none makes a sound.
Say "Hunminjeongeum!" “Hunminjeongeum!” “Do you know the Hunminjeongeum, Yong Myung (龍明)?” it asked. It is the sun (日) and moon (月) of the world of the air. The dragon has opened both eyes. Looking below and above, the harmony of head and tail unfolds.
It must not be myeong-myeong. It becomes reversed. The tail is rather raised up. Jeong'eum-hunmin! It is the first sound, the right sound, the beginning sound that educates the people. The point is, one must become the master who can teach that to the people and become the mother and father. That itself is astonishing. It is Hunminjeongeum—but does the ear make the sound (音), or does the mouth make the sound? “The mouth makes the sound.”
Look. It is jeong'eum. It is the right sound. A person with a thick lower lip has floating speech. A person like Father has no lower lip, so to speak.
So speech rolls out well. Say “ee!” “Ee!” When you say “this person” (이 사람, i saram), the upper lip moves, and when you say “that person” (저 사람, jeo saram), the lower lip moves. The upper and lower lips differ. The upper lip and the lower lip differ.
Generally, men have a thick lower lip. Women have a thick upper lip and a thin lower lip. It does not know how to rest. They pronounce quickly, too, and can make high sounds. Speech flies about in the air. It is packed full throughout the universe, I say.
Until now, God has been a dead God in a state of house arrest, so my words too, like that, were not welcomed but opposed; and until President Moon makes an environment where the whole world can be pleased and say, “Delicious, delicious,” the world of liberation does not come. So it is rebirth-resurrection. It is causing resurrection. It is being born again.
Thereafter, resurrection what?
Jesus came and spoke of rebirth. It is resurrection-rebirth. Having become rebirth-resurrection, resurrection-rebirth, what becomes of the one and only God as the God of the night and the God of the day?
In that place where body and mind are made one, He would take root and live. The center of the Four Position Foundation is five. That is the king. That is why one always attends Him and goes about.
The only people who attend the One Being are Koreans. They are the most pitiful people. Remaining in the place of death from which anyone could flee, God comes and breeds offspring. He would raise offspring.
Since all have fled and are about to die, God brings them to life. So unless they become ancestors with the magnanimity to grant even Satan a corner to lodge in, it disappears. The Kingdom of Heaven disappears, I say.
With such a principle, the Unification Church set up the logic of saving even Satan. Without such idealism, the Kingdom of Heaven cannot be completed. Ah, it is done (dwaetta)! “Done” (dwaetta) refers to measuring out one doe or half a doe.
The very bottom is one doe, and the half is half a doe. The top is ten. Whether it measures out one doe or five doe, the right hand and the left hand match well! Thereafter, whether you climb to the top or descend to the ground, whether you go east or west, you say, “Good, all good!”
So, it is so with the breathing-hole. You can live in the east, you can live in the south, and you can live in the west and north. You can breathe in all 360 degrees. The person whose breathing hole and hongmun (anus) connect and whose metabolism is vigorous has no illness. Whether heaven or earth, it cannot but be the ground of one's own life.
The ideal Kingdom of Heaven is my world, my nation, my family, my house, I say. So you say, Ah, it is good. Say it. “Ah, it is good!” (Hoon Dok Hae continues; the Korean people are a heavenly-lineage people who, from of old, have revered God as the highest and supreme ancestor among their ancestors and lived accordingly……)
The Mun of the “Writing” Character (文) Refers to the Altar
It says such a thing is achieved in the land of Korea, and on looking into who that is, there is only me. I knew what God was like. I knew that there is the God of the night and the God of the day! Those are fighting.
Which comes first?
At the age of seventeen, Jesus came seeking me. Telling me to change my clothes, he had me change into yellow ones. Jesus came and said, “I transfer all the responsibility of the calling.” “Since it is already decided, receive it if you will and decline it if you will. I cast it upon the house of the Mun clan and depart,” he said.
The character “writing” (文) of the Mun clan refers to the altar. The four pillars must be like this. Done like this, it falls over. On Jeju Island, there are the Go, Bu, and Yang clans (高夫良). Who is the Go clan, who is the Bu clan, and where is the Yang clan? That speaks of God. On Jeju Island, there is Jigwido. The person who bought Jigwido forty years ago is me. “Mount Halla, you will not be submerged in the sea,” I said, because Jigwido guards it.
The volcanic vein may make Mount Baekdu erupt again. They say there was an earthquake at Mount Baekdu the other day. Last year, too, it passed through three times, they said. This year it will be more than that, and on the day it erupts, there will be no one left alive in the world. The time of judgment draws near. If you ask the great mass of land, “Will you too die, or live?” it says, “I too die and live.” “When do you live?” “Only when God sets out do I live,” it says.
When a person is about to die, his four limbs and head are unavoidably paralyzed, and he sits dozing and dies. The person who knows how to keep one place without sleeping even twenty-three hours a day is Father. Going without sleeping for fifteen minutes, going without sleeping even a week, is ordinary.
Because water flows in all directions, wherever you go, you do not starve to death. You do not die of thirst, lacking water. The only thing that plays at crossing back and forth over national borders is the cloud. Do you know there is a thing called the cloud-fruit? The zelkova tree's seed flies in all directions when the wind blows, but the cloud-fruit, a jet-black thing, guards the night. Knowing that taste, I went to the spring garden late in the evening and picked and ate it, I say. That taste is bitter and sweet. Sseudapseureopda (bitter-sweet)! Do you know the saying “sseudapseureopda, it is bedlam (수라장, surajang)”? Where is the bedlam? Yeosu and Suncheon are the bedlam of dying and living.
Father finished everything at the age of twenty-seven. I knew it all at thirteen. My father married at twelve, my mother at sixteen. At the age of twelve, is there a sprout-seed, or not? It must be at least seventeen. Marrying at thirteen will not do. Only past fifteen does the woman ripen fully, and the man ripens fully. When the woman reaches sixteen, since she is ahead of the man, she will surely bear a child.
Over seven generations, the seed of the ancestors must change. What is of the east must go to the west, and what is of the west must come here. One becomes an ancestor at the position of the number seven. Numerology is the foundation of principle. That is why there is nothing that cannot be solved with mathematics.
America's doctors of mathematics are ahead of its doctors of astronomy, I say. Astronomy knows the state of flowing but does not know the motive. Religion, too, does not know the whole of the Unification Church's Principle.
The phenomenon of flowing anyone can know. Going there, you can catch, eat, rest, and do everything, but you do not know the source of why it flows. You do not know how the water fills and then disappears. You do not know that it becomes vapor, becomes a cloud, and sets out on a journey.
The Logic of Eternal Peace
In Yeosu and Suncheon, there is Baekdo (the White Island). It is said to be the Baekdo where a butcher (백정, baekjeong), fleeing, unpacked his load. Baekdo, in the morning or evening, looks golden. In Jeonju, Baekdo is difficult to see. In Yeosu and Suncheon, it is seen right before the eyes.
On a clear day, it seems you could leap over it in one stride. Even Jeolla people will not all know such a thing. It is Baekdo. Do the Baengma River and Baekdo have a connection? It is cultivating the Way (도, do) a hundred (백, baek) times. There, the black porgy is most famous.
Among fish, the one that can go up onto the sacrificial table is the mullet. In Pyongan, the skate cannot go up onto the sacrificial table.
Do Jeolla people put mullet on the sacrificial table?
They do not even eat mullet, since there are many false mullet. Of ten fish, three are true mullet, and the person who likes the false mullet, having caught a true mullet, says it is so sweet that it is bitter.
Do you know that bear-gall is so bitter that it turns sweet?
President Moon, who knows such logic, says, “Leave it and watch!” (Hoon Dok Hae continues, calling Him “God” and attending Him as their master……)
Here, the master is not only one. He is the Creator of night and day. Father is teaching it. This is a word spoken for the first time. Do you understand? It is a word that came forth for the first time. It is not a lie but a true word.
So, “If the God of the day subjugates Satan and does not report before the God of the night, you too disappear,” I say. If you report to God up to 97 percent and do not do 3 percent, you too disappear, I say.
Then President Moon appears in God's place. It is so because he is the King of Kings. The one king is a king known only to God. Whether the archangel or the archangel's elder brother, whether Lucifer's elder brother or Lucifer's father, what then? God can have dominion over even the creative ability of Lucifer's father. In parentheses, it said the Creator of the night, the Creator of the day. Until now, they knew only the day. They did not know the night. It is because of the two that there is the one.
What are Alpha and Omega?
It is because of the two that the one came into being, and because of the one that the two came into being too. They came into being for the sake of each other. You must not take away the one and the two. That is why, in the case of exercising, when you say “one, two,” you breathe in, and when you say “three,” you must breathe out. There must be a partner.
When you do it this way and then this way, it becomes a sphere. Centering on the inner form, the form of the unseen deity, the outer shell is the shadow. What that shadow is, is like a halo around the moon.
What is like a halo before God's essential moon is the body. There is a halo around the moon. The star, too, has a halo, and even the light of the hotaru (ほたる; firefly) has a halo.
The point is, among existing things, there can be none that do not have a halo. There is surely a halo. It means there is a partner.
People too—when the Last Days come on this earth, do men grow more numerous?
When men are numerous, they go out to war and die. Dying in the war, they are matched to the women. So even war is not something Satan permits but something Heaven permits. Do you understand?
Should Korean people number eighty million, or should they exceed a hundred million? When they exceed seventy million to eighty million, the women must be sent abroad in marriage. That is why the holy wedding by which President Moon had Korean people marry the people of 120 nations of the world is the mass wedding. In the mass wedding, do only kings enter and not servants? It is a mass wedding.
So, a child born a servant can become a king, and sons and daughters who could become kings can fall and become servants. And so it happens that one is sold off and beaten to death. Because President Moon knew the heavenly principle that is so fair and impartial, he, too, went seeking, resolved to die in prison. He went with hope, knowing he might die.
What is it when there is a person about to die the day after tomorrow? There the flower blooms. The flower's fragrance differs in ten million ways. Anyone who has smelled my fragrance cannot leave and must die on the spot. The unity of all nations will come about from that time, I say. I live with such a hope. Does it seem such a world will come about, or not?
From the opposition faction and the ruling faction, twelve factions are split apart. North and south must become one. They must become one no matter what. East and west must become one no matter what, I say. North and south, east and west, and then what?
Front and back must become one no matter what, I say. That is President Moon's logic for the ideal of peace.
There Must Be Cross Marriage
Last year, Parents' Day was the forty-seventh, and Children's Day was the fiftieth. The pair-sum is what? “The Day of the Victory of the Number Ten.” I made it upon the Pair-Sum Tenfold-Victory Day.
May 5, 2004, was the Day of the Victory of the Number Ten of liberation. It is the day I crushed it all. If they seize and kill me, all under heaven perishes. The people who would use me all disappear. They disappear in a clean sweep.
What is a tributary king? A tributary king ought to teach, with President Moon's livable kingdom and kingly authority, all the rites of propriety by which God can be attended—but he knows nothing. What records the rites of propriety is the autobiography. That is like a flower. Within a flower, there is the meshibe (めしべ; pistil) and the oshibe (おしべ; stamen).
So when it conceives an egg, do you know that the fragrance of the honey's taste differs according to the kind of egg that grows? (Hoon Dok Hae continues; because they are a people who have attended Him as the primordial ancestor, the soul of mutual life, mutual prosperity, and mutual righteousness lives within the Korean people's spirit and tradition……)
The soul is alive. You do not know it, but we are different, I say. Do you know that only after resurrecting the communal cemetery of seven generations does the spirit world begin?
Did I say, or not, that the communal-cemetery Seonghwa rite should be performed?
Did you hear it, or not? “We hear it for the first time.” For you, it is the first time! I told Mother and a few people. The communal-cemetery Seonghwa rite must be performed. Thereafter, the Seonghwa rite of the people who are to be buried in the communal cemetery is performed. How many are the spirits who died in war?
Chungcheong is the province of nobility, and the sons and daughters of noble houses died and went to hell and were all pressed down, and they are gathered all at once, and it is done for them. It would be done by performing the Seonghwa rite of those spirits, but they do not know the principle by which that can be done. It is simple.
The ancestors will be several million, and from all those ancestors, a promise is received that they can all become Unification Church members. If they say, “Aigo, I can receive even a thousand times,” it is done for them.
The headstone is made differently. It is a headstone that says they became a Unification Church member. They made a promise, but what if they could not do so? When supervising in the other world, “Ah, you had a promise! But why could you not do it?” “
Since no one came forth among my sons and daughters who could form a relationship with the Unification Church, I could not go even though I wished to, and because I did not know where, east, west, south, or north, it was utterly empty,” he says.
Now, having performed the Seonghwa rite and become a champion ancestor who can enter the spirit world, his descendants too become Unification Church members. Shall I carry out such a movement, or not? “You must do it.”
The sons and daughters of those who received the Blessing are to distribute the autobiography, 430 copies each, to all their ancestors and even their eighth cousins by marriage. Then, from the position of a new ancestor, they can teach. They become a second True Parent, a second Teacher Moon.

The person who piles up several hundred copies of the seventeenth-generation ancestor's book and says he does not know goes to hell. He cannot go to the Kingdom of Heaven.
Where is there a person who would refuse to register because he dislikes the Kingdom of Heaven?
There is none. Let the person who says there is think about it. Since I will permit it to be so, if you like it, then wish for it, I say.
If you raise your two hands and sing, and say you will die together with that song, is it not the saying that even if you had died, he brings you to life? Can you not even do that? That is not a human being.
Twelve Tribes Combine, and a People Is Formed
From Las Vegas, a representative of the queen came seeking and met Mother. She did not say to bring her to me, but she said, “Father, on the thirty-first, I had meant to bring Shin Joon to you, but since kindergarten is not finished, I cannot bring him, but I may bring one guest if you do not mind.” “

(Phone call) (Hoon Dok Hae continues; these noble traditions are not mere incidents that appeared in history by chance. They were a foundational providence by which Heaven prepared this people and would set up the Messiah upon that tradition. It is the individual Messiah, the family Messiah, the lineage Messiah, and then the tribal Messiah.
What about the national Messiah?
Before the twelve sons and daughters are born, they ought to be bound together and become one brotherhood, one bloodline, but it has not become so.
The Returning Lord must come to the lineage, the tribe, the people, and the nation and mend it. Unless anyone receives the Blessing and changes the bloodline, the household of the heavenly nation does not come into being.
In the Garden of Eden, had Adam, an individual Messiah, married, he would have become a family Messiah; had he borne sons and daughters, he would have become a lineage Messiah; and then had three brothers lived together as one lineage, he would have become a tribal Messiah—but it could not become so. The twelve tribes of the seventh-generation descendants combine, and a people is formed. If the twelve tribes do not so become, the word “people” disappears.
Only President Moon can hold that, and only President Moon can hold even a nation, and only President Moon can hold even the world and heaven and earth.
President Moon resolved all that could cross over, even up to the fortieth ridge. Leaving that be, one faction develops and multiplies. It only takes time, but in a thousand years, in ten thousand years, it becomes so. Since that time cannot but pass and cannot but go by, it appears.
That purpose, since for a thousand or ten thousand years, becomes a stage of life of equal value as God's purpose; God says it is good and good again.
(Hoon Dok Hae continues) I did not become this of my own will. It became so that it could not but be this way, and I have come this far. There is no one who will ruin this. Before they ruin it, their grandfather dies, their mother and father die, and their family suffers harm. Because there is such heavenly fortune, one does not take revenge in a single generation but lets several generations pass.
It crosses over to the twelfth generation. It must cross over to the twenty-fourth generation. There is no twenty-fifth hour. You can begin anew from the first hour. That is a new beginning.

You Must Love All Things as You Love Your Sons and Daughters
It speaks of the age of affection (정, jeong) centered on the person who can share the affection of love with all things, just as he loves his sons and daughters. It is not that, when an animal or an insect is in a place to die, you go and trample it away, saying, “Hurry and die!”
You must move it and even prepare something to eat at home and look after it. Even if it dies, what if you do so for it? That ancestor guards that house, I say. It does not take revenge. All things repay you.
With affection, you must be able to protect, in the world of animals or the world of all things too, the same thing you yourself felt and to bring to life what is about to die. The human being must be that way. I am telling you to love them, even one one-hundredth or one one-thousandth of it, as you love your sons and daughters.
It is not the person who kills and sweeps away the whole of all things. The point is to leave them and go.
(Hoon Dok Hae continues; that is, please bear in mind, and bear in mind again, that the very age we live in today is the time when we are opening the age of Cheon Il Guk, returning to the heart (심정) of the one God……)
It is not restoration. Even if no one teaches you, it returns to the original nature of old. It is returning to God's heart. That is the center. You may forget all else. The word “return” (회귀, hoegwi) appears for the first time.
The play of grafting before the standard God wished before the first human ancestors fell must be done in my lifetime, with hands and feet and mind and thought becoming one body.
“Cheon Il Guk” (天一國) is the nation where two (二) people (人) become one. The character “two” (二) and the character “person” (人) make the character “heaven” (天).
So Cheon Il Guk is the nation where two people have become one, I say. It is the nation that mother and father enter, the nation that husband and wife enter, the nation that elder brother and elder sister enter; we are opening the age of Cheon Il Guk that not only one's own grandsons and granddaughters but seven generations of descendants enter together.
I made “bear in mind” double. Father, having done it, comes again to examine whether it was done well. Not only that, he even educates and examines what those grandsons and granddaughters do. You must examine three generations and live. So it said, “Please bear in mind, and bear in mind again.” I said all there was to say.
To bury one who has died was called the Seonghwa ceremony. It is not the Seonghwa rite. It is the Seonghwa ceremony. After the rite of rebirth and the rite of resurrection, as the final ceremony, it is the place where even God can pay reverence and offer congratulations. It must be a place where not only True Parents but also the whole of the true people are mobilized to offer congratulations. There must be God's Golden Wedding Anniversary.
By the day I held God's Coronation and Golden Wedding Anniversary in Las Vegas, did I do it before, or after? I held the Seonghwa rite afterward—and did Father say, “Write it as 'ceremony'!” or not? “You said it.” There is Neil Bush, Bush's son. In building our university, he was at the very bottom, but these days he has become the president of a world-famous university.
That grandson turned out splendid. He becomes the president of the fourth-generation realm, too. I gave him the Blessing. (Father conducts Hoon Dok Hae on the Message titled “What Shall We Live For,” from Sun Myung Moon Seonsaengnim Malsseom Seonjip, volume 8; … then let us look at the relationship of heaven and earth and God and me. Heaven must exist for earth, earth for heaven, heaven-and-earth for the person, and the person who lives in heaven-and-earth for God. You must clearly know that to live joyfully in the world of the heart that has become a four-position oneness (四位一體) is our hope and that our steps must be steps that go seeking such a place.
Hyung Jin emphasizes seven deaths (七死), but the saying “seven deaths, eight risings” (七死八起) must be added. The saying “eight risings” means that though you fell seven times in death, you must rise on the eighth. It is because the number eight is so that it does not exist. It does not exist in the human world. Hyung Jin also emphasized the matter of seven deaths, but you must know that the matter of the eighth rising passes from the very bottom of hell all the way to the end of heaven.
In the wind of the eighth rising, hell too is turned over, and heaven and earth too are turned over. It becomes a new nine, a new ten. It is seven deaths, eight risings, and rising amid the eighth, the single digit of nine becomes a number of the pair-place, the number ten. It is seven deaths, eight risings. Because the younger brother helps, living is greater than death, I say. Do you understand?
The other time, I did not tell Hyung Jin that. You must know the joy of the eighth rising. Performing the Seonghwa rite, what must be done at the very bottom of hell?
God, too, was confined, the God of the body.
Since he is in the unseen world of night, not stirring, not moving, like a statue, only the one who knows knows. He speaks not, and it seems all the five senses, the six senses, have disappeared, but there are eight senses. (A Japanese female member sings “Hollo Arirang.”) (True Mother enters.)
The Calling of the Returning Lord Is to Create a Single Culture
Now, what song shall we sing? Sit down. Shall a Jeolla person sing the “Boat Song” once? Come out. Let us sing the “Boat Song” once! Henceforth, even in Las Vegas, you must learn the “Boat Song.” The eye and the mimi (みみ; ear) are closest, and what is closest before President Moon's eyes is the mimi table.
If you cut off the four corners of the character “ear” (耳), it becomes “eye” (目). The eye and the ear live in the same vein. When a sound comes, it knows how to respond with “uh-huh” in all 360 degrees.
The calling of the Returning Lord is to create a single culture by the authority of the Father.
Why is the return necessary?
The first time, it failed. It is cho bu deuk sam. So it died up to seven times. It did not know “seven deaths, eight risings.” There must be rebirth. It said one must be born doubly.
When Nicodemus asked Jesus, he said, “You are a teacher of the Jews and do not know the law of rebirth?” What is Nicodemus? Whether the wife's body or the man's body, whether this aunt or that aunt, they are the same, yet they were split apart.
East and west are the same, yet were split apart. North and south are the same, yet were split apart, and above and below were split apart too. Everything was split apart. The fallen world is like that, I say.
The Holy Wedding is the first, and the Golden Wedding Anniversary is the second.
Only the person who has kept the golden wedding anniversary up to three times goes to the Kingdom of Heaven. They do not know all that. In their not knowing, what play is this? Who is the master?
What was it that they sang when Mother had not appeared?
It was singing a song that seeks a partner, “Eoheo dungdung.” By singing the song, the women and men were brought into harmony.
