Centered on Love, Heaven and Earth Become One

Now, let us hold Hoon Dok Hae! (Reading, as Hoon Dok, from the “Earthly Life and the Spiritual World” Book of the Cheon Seong Gyeong, beginning at Chapter 5, Section 2.)

On the 15th this time, we must perform the Coronation Ceremony of God's Liberation. That is a historic event, and knowing the fact that it stands before your very eyes, within a week, you must prepare. The question is whether you yourselves have furnished the inner and outer content by which you can be wholly mobilized for it. Now, continue. (The Hoon Dok reading continues.)

That has fully accomplished the “Realm of Rest of the Parents of Heaven and Earth and the Cosmos” (천지부모천주안식권). But “Heaven, Earth, and Humankind” (천지인) was left out of it. It is the Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind, and the Parents of Heaven and Earth must enter the realm of rest and live there. The Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind must take their place as the center within the house of the great universe that God, the Cosmos, has built.

When the Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind enter the Cosmos and begin to rest, with what do they rest there? With absoluteness. The Father is true love, the Mother is true life; the Father's love is the true sperm, the Mother's life is the true egg. Sperm and egg are different. They are not yet one.

Love and life are different. They are not yet one. Where do they become one? Concave and convex become one beginning from absoluteness, and what does that nature receive? It receives the sperm of the Father's love, and then it receives the egg of the Mother's life. The Mother's egg and the Father's sperm, concave and convex—when do they become one? This is the point. As the sperm and egg of love and life become one in concave and convex, the degree of the love of the two — Mother and Father—and the degree of God's love must explode.

What is the vessel in which that explosion can occur?

It is the sperm and egg becoming one. Through marriage, bound in first love, the place that can receive what is offered and raise it as life is the reproductive organ. If that reproductive organ were not eternal but a changing reproductive organ, then the sperm of the Father's love and the egg of the Mother's life would also have to change. That cannot be.

So, it is absoluteness. By what do the sperm of the Father's absolute love and the egg of the Mother's absolute life become one? Not by the man's sperm, nor by the Mother's egg, but they become one in God's love. If it is not love, it cannot make them one. Centered on love, heaven, and earth become one; east and west become one and seethe.

Because the temperature is the same, they turn and turn and are mixed; and here, if it is 0 degrees, then at 0 degrees, no load is applied. When a load is applied — when, for instance, conception occurs — an action arises. What is that called? A phenomenon arises whereby a woman with a child gets the hiccups and the like. It is different.

From there, they begin to become one, and the Father's sperm and the Mother's egg pass through the gate of love. What is the man? What is attached to him? And then what is the woman? What does she have? She has a womb, a chamber for the child.

So, is the chamber for the child first, or is the sperm first?

To form sex (性), was the chamber for the child prepared first, or was the sperm prepared first? Was the chamber for the child conceived to prepare the sperm? When concave and convex are conceived, was the sperm conceived, or was the concave conceived? Which would be first?

God has both concave and convex, but He is a masculine subject partner. That is why He conceived the womb that could be His counterpart. At the time of the Creation, what would God have conceived first? Of course, He conceived sons and daughters! And then what did He conceive? He conceived the womb that could receive the sons and daughters.

There Must Be a Fertilized Egg So That There Is a Root of Love

You do not know the spirit self. It is because that which can inherit God's inner body is not alive. Because the spirit self has died — because an unfertilized egg has been laid — no matter how one tries to enter the Kingdom of Heaven, one cannot.

Only when it becomes a fertilized egg, and there is a root of love, does one become a subject partner of love; and the theory is established that, becoming a counterpart, one automatically becomes one.

Then, when God conceives, before bearing sons and daughters, what comes first? Was a father needed, or was a mother needed? Yun Jeong-ro! (A mother is needed.) Why? God is the harmonized being of dual characteristics. He is a harmonized being; He has no subject or object. Only when subject and object are connected does one, by the power of love, seek love, so that from the origin (正) it divides (分), and is parted.

Where does that which was so parted become one?

At the place where the root of God's love connects to the trunk and can connect to the bud—there, for the first time, root and trunk and bud unite; and the house that receives this and raises it is the womb.

So a crucible of harmony must arise in which the egg can grow, and the sperm can grow and unite. First, the crucible of Heaven's nature is needed, and what is that crucible? It is absoluteness.

Within absoluteness, the Father's sperm of absolute love and the Mother's egg of absolute life enter, and because the sperm that flowed out from the root is alive, what then? To live, the sperm enters the egg. The sperm is the same as God's project by which the child can grow. That is what is inserted.

Though unseen, when a man—as a man—or a woman—as a woman—is at last born through love, he or she is born having received that project. Having received the project and entered the womb, for ten months, one is supplied by the mother with every necessary relative attribute. And through what is that supplied? Through the navel.

That navel is not one. The navel is the navel of the sperm, the navel of the egg, and the navel of God's root. The seed that can become root, trunk, and bud enters, and the mother can cultivate it because the counterpart fits, and so she supplies it. Before it is supplied, no power can be furnished in the womb.

All of you—when you breathe out, “whoo,” how do you breathe in again? A thing shaped like rubber has clung tightly together — how is the shrunken thing made to swell?

One who has only breathed out cannot do it. When you breathe out, it gathers, so this fills up completely, and the water overflows in a rush. The force that overflows in a rush, the force that falls, the force that can move swiftly while heading the opposite way blows “huk!” — and so what? Because a third force is applied and blows, it becomes taut. Because the third force, redoubled, blows “huk” until it is taut and full, even a rubber ball grows larger. It is not the same as before.

Therefore, for the breath one breathed yesterday to be connected to today's breath, a greater force opens it so that it can continually fill and overflow. And again, having breathed in on this side and swelled, how does it then diminish? Because, upon the large and the small — the mother-body and the father-body, that which has the sperm and egg as its mother-body — a greater force of the root, force of the trunk, and force of the bud operates, the two become one; and what happens when they come right to the boundary line?

Because the standard of the root and trunk and bud of love, by which God's sperm and egg can become one, is alive, it operates and grows. As time passes, having grown, it enters the world of air, where the proportional force relative to its growth diminishes, and there it is filled. The force that had continually breathed out goes on breathing in, and it grows larger.

Having grown larger — how does the larger one breathe out?

Coming down from this side, the force of the egg, the counterpart, enters — and what?

Since it is the larger one that can be harmonized through dual characteristics, here it becomes the counterpart that harmonizes there — so what? Having grown, this side pushes, and again this side comes down. Coming down with added force and again pushing and pulling, it grows.

How many times do you think you breathe in a lifetime?

If you calculate, would it not come out? So, the breath out and the breath in — time and space are needed. Time and space are needed. Breathing out, "whoooo,” you can go no further. When it is all spent, the eyes close. The eyes shut. How can one breathe then?

There Is No Self

Because of God's dual characteristics, centered on love, inclined toward the sperm and were carried over to this side, conversely, it became like an X (⨉). Though the X is not seen, at the boundary line it became like an X, so that when you blow from here, this side swells “ppung,” and when you blow from this side, this side swells “ppung.” It proceeds in the direction of the X, but does not become an X; before it becomes an X, when it comes to being level, it turns direction sharply, is exchanged, and grows by giving and receiving.

At the standard of that breathing — by which you have breathed tens of millions of times — what of 50 years of age?

Therefore, seven sevens are forty-nine (7×7=49) — it is 49 years. Only by meeting the sabbatical year seven times does it become 49 years. Crossing the ridge of the 49th year, the 50th year is the jubilee.

So, from 48 — what? Why does the Unification Church set the period of youth at up to 48? At 48, seven sevens are forty-nine (7×7=49), which is not yet full. At the number eight, it is 49 — since it is 49, the number ten is not yet full.

The number seven grew up to the very bottom of the number eight, and having breathed out, the other side breathes in, and it becomes the number eight. To breathe in is to be born a woman; to breathe out is to be born a man. Here, the distinction of man and woman arises, and at the original root, the sperm and egg can give and receive. Within life, there is a head and a tail, and the head of the sperm is not for the head of the egg but must attach to the tail. Plus must go and attach to minus.

The strong sperm goes and attaches not to the head of the strong egg but to the tail. Because it is weak, when force is applied, it slips in with a “whee.” Life has become so and is operating. The force that can give and receive across the boundary line over thousands of years, tens of thousands of years, is not a force one has set up by oneself. That which was all already within God's root and trunk and the sperm of life gathers the relative things and grows, and so comes to be a man, comes to be a woman.

Then, since man too resembles God, in dual characteristics, seven sevens are forty-nine (7×7=49).

So, there is the expression “the forty-ninth-day rite” (49재), is there not?

Seven sevens are forty-nine, which exceeds the figure eight. It exceeds eight to reach 49; would the tail-end of the figure nine attach to the head of the eight? For a man, it attaches to the head; for a woman, it attaches to the tail. In this way, a woman or a man comes to be.

When I consider, theoretically, that I was born through such a process, because the man has the concept of “I,” he is in a position where he must go and seek the concept of the egg.

So, because there is the concept of “I” — since the man's concept was born to go and seek the woman, the woman's concept comes first; and the woman, too, cannot be first by herself. She must seek the man and proceed, taking the man's concept as her head. There is no self.

What remains there?

In principle, centered on the sperm, it has been parted out from God. God is the harmonized being of dual characteristics, and in terms of stature, He is the masculine subject partner. The general theory of our Principle is astonishing. That is an astonishing thing.

Within the sperm, there is the central root among the roots, the central trunk among the trunks, the central bud among the buds — and so it is three branching paths; and taking even life as a pillar, four branching paths harmonize — and what happens? When they unite, it must become the figure eight; with the number four and the number four, one chants the lament of one's fate of eight (paljatari). Only when two unite does it become the number eight. By the uniting of two, does it become seven sevens are forty-nine (7×7=49)?

For the first time, centered on the eighth — what?

Centered on the boundary line — since the sabbatical year is the boundary line — if one climbs straight up the ridge from 7 to 8, one goes over to the other side.

Standing at the center: if a son, one hands over to the minus on this side; if a daughter, to breathe in, one goes to the other side and is exchanged. The nucleus is alive and is exchanged. Do you understand?

However Far the Bud May Be, It Is Like One Body

So, as I spoke of recently — when you set up a ladder, where do you place the foot of the ladder? Even your clinging to the globe is a clinging upside down. Where do you place the ladder?

To what would the foot of the ladder cling?

Since your seated place clings to the globe, you do it upside down, and where do you set the axis? You set it centered on the axis where sperm and egg can unite—and the legs of that ladder are several thousand rungs.

Only by climbing several thousand rungs does one reach the standard of the nucleus where sperm and egg are born — and what happens? Centered on the nucleus, because it attaches to the elements of plus and minus, the masculine nucleus attaches to the head of the egg, and the feminine nucleus attaches to the minus of the sperm. The force that performs such an operation lives eternally. It does not vanish.

What was spoken a thousand years ago is all floating in the air. Because the spiritual world thus overcomes the limit-line of time and space and intercommunicates, when in the spiritual world one calls for the substantial being of an ancestor of a thousand years ago, it appears quickly. Because the speed of love is swift, one can overcome and cross the time of a thousand years in the instant of a breath and meet. So, it has become a realm of harmony transcending time and space.

Because God's inner heart is like the root and the bud, what then? However far the bud may be, it is like one body. When a cell breathes in, our sperm too breathes the breath of breathing in. In giving and receiving the rhythm of breathing in myriad ways, if east and west are reversed, then in receiving as well they are exchanged in reverse, and following the path of the X (⨉), they meet and grow.

So, when one place falls sick, the whole is in pain — not only here is in pain. Because the nucleus feels transcending time and space, it is swift! So the sperm itself must travel. How far a distance did the sperm's travel come seeking?

The egg of the woman is furnished, inside and out, with environmental conditions opposite to it, so that the sperm can enter and live, and one must consider it to be meeting at the place that overcomes a world of countless hundreds of millions of years of time and space.

If one tries to meet Adam and Eve, the ancestors of several thousand years ago, they appear at once, quickly. It is because that is alive. Wherever they may be in the great universe, if one seeks the complete form of plus and minus—Adam and Eve themselves having spread through the universe — what happens?

Even though the cells have divided, quickly they must appear completely before God. Having parted, even a small thing, or a plus-added thing to be supplemented, comes seeking.

Because God too gives stimulus, what then?

God Himself also breathes, and performing the same motion, He performs a great operation as a living motion in which the three unite — so He feels the shock. If God feels even the shock of the climax of love from the higher-dimensional place of the ancestor, the place of the head, then we, having come to be, were born from the tail; so we are the same as God's younger sibling and the same as His sons and daughters.

Therefore, the saying that the parent–child relationship, the conjugal relationship, and the sibling relationship centered on lineage are also one body — this is possible because it thus overcomes time and space. Once connected in that way, one cannot be elsewhere. Then the breath is stopped. The breath is stopped, I say. Only by entering the place that can fit one exactly — the objective place of the realm of the counterpart — does one give and receive, breathe, and feel good.

When one swings on a swing, applying and redoubling force, one rises higher and higher, and in the end one even goes around several times. That which was turning so — when the root becomes thus, it is quickly. In this instant, within a few hundredths of a second, it is so. Our blinking of the eye is swift, within one-sixteenth of a second.

If it is one-sixteenth of a second, the moving thing is all seen. Beyond one-sixteenth of a second, the moving thing, the blinking thing, I can see. I can see it, I say.

How Does One Attain Eternal Life?

A world may come, hereafter, in which what I have spoken of can be seen. Who is God? He is the One who exists in this way, I say. He has come to be the harmonized being of dual characteristics, and as for the outer shell, there is only a round thing. It is the shell of the Mother's love, the shell of the Father's love, the shell of God's love. Because the three loves unite and form the shell, the husk is hard.

Because there is a husk that can protect the three great things, and because everything within the husk lives under complete protection, what is it, so long as God is alive?

At any time, so long as life and love and sex are alive within it, there is eternal life. Therefore, the very concept of eternal life must be explained in this way, so that one can say, “Aha — since the realm of the oneness of eternal life arose here, I cannot but be a resultant being of eternal life.” In this way one must say, “I have eternal life.”

Otherwise, how does one attain eternal life?

What is the theoretically valid logic?

In the Unification Church we speak of the God of dual characteristics; but how is it that the God of dual characteristics is, in terms of stature, masculine? That is said regarding the sperm. The central root, central trunk, and central bud are carried over, I say.

So, since within it there is the central bud, God can attach to the realm of the Four Position Foundation. Centered on the bud is the central root, but the central root, in the end, becomes empty.

Why is the inside of a great tree empty?

Electricity also flows along the surface, not through the middle. Over a distance of several hundred meters — broadly, one kilometer or three kilometers — the shell is plated with gold. And then it is plated with silver. Stronger than gold is silver. Therefore even gold burns away. There is aqua regia, is there not? Platinum does not burn.

Silver-light and yellow-light combined is the light of the sun. Is there more silver-light or more gold-light? It looks white. Is that silver-light, or gold-light? It seems dyed with yellow water, but in its content it becomes silver-light. Speaking in terms of water — because that is there, what happens? Because the water vapor that can become silver-light protects it, a halo about the moon arises.

The farther away you look , the brighter the part is necessarily seen doubled. No matter how much gold there is, without water it cannot form a body. A diamond too is hard to that degree because a little less moisture entered it — otherwise, how would it be? Water is always at the zero point. Its hardness too is at the zero point; the pliant thing is at the zero point.

So there is such a thing as a halo about the moon. The sun, too, if there is something like a halo, is seen doubled. Because there is such a thing, if one suddenly enters right into the midst of a halo, what was to be seen here produces a mirage here. What is the Mirage casino of Las Vegas? It is the Venetian. Those are goblins with red eyes. The body is blue, and the eyes are red — doubled.

When a fire burns, is it not a persimmon-colored even up until the fire is fully spent?

When it burns, it becomes ash-colored and grows faint. It tries to follow the white light. Why? Even when it is all burned, what remains before the fire is water vapor. To say “moon” is to speak of the globe; and after Moon, what is there? Since the earth has heat: Moon, Tuesday, Fire; passing through, Water; passing through, the Wood of vegetation. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday — and then Friday, Metal.

What is the end? If metal is the bone, there is flesh. Upon the flesh there is fat. So, it is Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday-Saturday (Moon-Fire-Water-Wood-Metal-Earth). What wraps the metal is earth. How was the week appointed? It was appointed with the structural content of how things came to be. Have you thought of such a thing?

At the beginning is the character “Moon” (月). After Moon, there is Fire; after Fire, there is water vapor; after the water vapor, there is Wood; and then Metal enters. And then it is Earth. Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday (Moon-Fire-Water-Wood-Metal) — since the earth is the heaviest thing, earth wraps it, and so it is composed.

When One Treats Illness

In the Unification Church, we used to say, “the seven-eight jubilee, Mansei,” did we not? Why did we say that? Centered on a three-year course from the eight, one brings the number eleven to fit. God had been confined, and from the eighth stage, it is the number twelve. 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 — at the fifth, one crosses the ridge of twelve. It connects a new dimension. Matching that, when one enters and fits exactly up to January 13, 2013, and it happens quickly, the prime mover that had been generating at 360,000 volts goes “uwang!”

Because the Unification Church has many places like transformer substations, when one matches the electrical cords, snap, snap, one can draw out even the minus electricity, even the electricity below the zero point. Only then does it become logical that it is theoretically possible, so that the perpetual force draws near to absoluteness. God Himself cannot form an absolute counterpart. It is because, in terms of stature, He is the masculine subject partner. He is the harmonized being of dual characteristics, and in terms of stature, the masculine subject partner, so a counterpart is needed.

Therefore, the Creation, centered on the woman, took the womb as its target. The womb had to be made even before the sperm.

So, in matters of love, the woman precedes the man by three years. She cannot go to three and a half years, to four years, because that would infringe upon God's place. Because there is such a thing, when the father bears a daughter, the daughter is dearer than a son. The very bones resound.

Everything is in pairs, is it not? In that sense, I conceived the Happy Health electrotherapy device. When you align the angle and look, the electricity is plus and minus. Because its switching (kirikae, 切り替え) is swift, the minus attaches, and so the pluses unite. The minus waits, relatively, but before that, if there is a plus and a plus, they unite. People do not know this. The machine called Happy Health is what made use of this.

The ion meter is the ideal, the supreme instrument in present-day scientific civilization. We can make an ion device that catches even the electricity operating below the zero point. There is a logic of uniting plus-plus and minus-minus before ionization, before meeting a counterpart. How does lightning grow? How does a minus of several thousand volts come out all at once?

When ions meet, they go off all at once with a flash. It is plus and minus, and when plus arises, minus arises automatically. Snap — and when plus and reach several hundred million, the minus ions follow, become the counterpart, and fit exactly.

The uniting of the two, too, when they become one and there is no load at the zero point, explodes. When the hot and the cold meet, they explode, do they not? Snap — it is just like that. The principle of science is that.

The reason human beings do not know the God who created the great universe is that, because God has no form, one cannot measure His moving, His operating, with an ionization instrument. With that — if there is only the attribute of electricity — it clings all at once, “whack.” Then, becoming a nucleus as electricity, if the plus head turns to the west, when the way that was to the west opens, all that had gone to this side becomes the marrow there and gathers.

When everything makes a western head, and there is a minus there — since it is the west, what happens? If the east is minus, it is set to attach automatically. That which was gathered beforehand, the moment it gathers on this side, the direction fits, and in a flash they unite, and the thunderbolt strikes. Do you believe the saying that fire breaks out in the midst of the air? Where does lightning come from? Plus plus, minus, and minus, having parted, suddenly grow and follow and meet — so fire breaks out.

Therefore, when you treat an illness, how must you do it?

If, indulging in greed, you fell ill, you would seek your way into the opposite path. You deny yourself. If, to the extreme opposite, you suddenly go “sswak!”, the electricity cannot follow. This is because there is no obstructing object in the space.

Since it is a vacuum state, how swift it is. Sswak — this side, not being a vacuum state, floats; but because this is swift, when it goes “ttak!”, the minus, having attached elsewhere, goes “hwik!” When a pointed thing begins to attach there, it explodes completely, and the sound of thunder comes, and lightning breaks out.

To Depart From the Position of One's Being and the Environment of Relationship Is to Be Without Value

What am I speaking of today?

Is today the 8th, is it not? (Yes.) What are eight eights (8×8)? (64.) Is it 64 or 63? (64.) Is it 4 or 3? (Not 63 — 64.) The 3 and the 4 are plus and minus. One, two — one, two are plus and minus. Three, four — when there are three, even though the four is above, it is pulled down. We make a machine to measure that force — what is the minus? It asks, what figure is below the zero point? Though the coefficient may be small, it measures the force by which the electricity acts there.

Everything is filled to the brim with the elements of electrical ionization. We made a research institute and competed to get ahead of even the Soviet Union; so much money went into it. Doing such play, the Happy Health electrical machine is nothing whatsoever! Here, hereafter, what is the temperature that the ions like, and what is the moisture? Moisture is the issue. In the air, it is the humidity and the temperature and the speed. The temperature of the four seasons — spring, summer, autumn, winter — and then the speed. One seeks the swift speed.

Electricity too has poles, so when it passes, it clings, bends, curls, and turns; but if it is swift, it cannot even come and catch hold. It cannot even perform the phenomenon of ionization.

If it is swift, it cannot find a counterpart and cannot meet. What hour is it now? (It is the hour of Hoon Dok Hae.) Where has the Hoon Dok reader gone? Are the people who attended here today the officers of Seoul? (Yes, they are the people of headquarters.) What does headquarters do? Because the headquarters is the substitute for God, it adjusts the plus and minus.

So, what must be decided before there is an above? Only when the below is decided does the above automatically — what? This is a vertical place, I say. Once the below is set, if you go straight up at a 90-degree angle, it connects directly with God's place. This does not change. Through ten thousand years, if one falls to the origin-point — even if there are tens of thousands of places where one has fallen — a line is set to arise by passing through the 90-degree angle; apart from that, no line arises. This becomes the nucleus and extends, I say.

So, we call it the Big Dipper (Bukdu Chilseong, 북두칠성). In the north, there is the Big Dipper, I say. What is the Seven Stars? That the stars are seven means one must cross seven ridges; after crossing the five stages — the age of the individual, the age of the family, the age of the clan, the age of the people, the age of the nation — come the age of the world and the age of the Cosmos. When the degree of heaven and earth fits, then comes the age of God. It is eight stages.

The character “eight” (八) can go anywhere. The character “person” (人) cannot go anywhere. Having parted it and set it thus, one must know how to bring it and attach it. Having parted it, only one who knows how to bring it and attach it becomes a person.

One must detach what is to be detached and unite what is to be united. When one lives for the sake of others, one knows how to unite everything. Because one lives for the sake of others, one can bring and attach it at any time.

The person who lives for the sake of others, however divided the world may be, if there is high and low, can go and attach to the high and the low. Through me one can go, and this side too can go through me; and again, even if this does not become vertical here but becomes thus, if I am here, in this way one can go through me.

When one becomes a being who, as a person, can be furnished with the directionality of all four directions — east, west, south, north — one can lay a bridge at the severed place; and where the relationship of high and low is knotted, one can untie it and connect it. One becomes the intermediary, but the medium is unseen.

If it were seen — if something like a great bridge were seen — what would happen?

It ought to be considered larger still. Because it is unseen, it is not known! Now, which chapter is it? (Yes, it is Chapter 5.) You began to read and then stopped, did you not? (Yes.) Read it again. (The Hoon Dok reading continues.) (Chapter 5 is finished.)

America, Too, Has No Choice But to Follow the Teacher

Enough of that — come out and speak about the preparations being made for the event on the 15th. Having set it the other day, when will you depart? (I depart today. —Hwang Sun-jo.) Tell that to these people. If they do not know, they end up as scarecrows. They end up as empty husks with no insides, as unfertilized eggs. This is an important time.

Yang Chang-shik goes together too, does he not? (Yes.) The two of you must become one! This side is Abel, and you are in Cain's position. In terms of schools, this one served as the student-body president of Seoul National University, and this one served as the student-body president of Korea University.

At that time, Mother fought, confronting them, centered on the student clubs across the universities of the whole country, and in Busan, the communist gangs of the campuses competed to present Mother with bouquets at her rally. And so, in Busan, the representative church of a single denomination came forth and made the proclamation.

Such struggles have all passed. The struggle of denominations, the struggle of nations, has passed. America, too — America itself now has no way to go. It has no choice but to follow the Teacher. We cannot but carry out an urgent program to open that way.

Doing first the thing of four years hence — how much strain there is.

The Tributary King Must Liberate God on the Standard of the Third Adam

The Teacher has no counterpart. Facing the American government, facing the realm of the Second Israel, there is no foothold in the opposition party or the ruling party, I say.

In the matter of education, the CIA, which is connected, regards the Teacher highly and means to bring him forward hereafter, but the present UN and America do not listen. It is because oneness has not been achieved.

We, as a condition of indemnity, receive the support of the White and the Black world — and what must we do in this period of the 15th? The Abel UN and the Cain UN, becoming one, must, through a resolution of the general assembly, establish even the Coronation Ceremony of God's Liberation in the realm of the Parent UN.

With the Cain UN and the Abel UN becoming one, how does the world hereafter proceed, centered on the tributary king?

The tributary king is the same as John the Baptist.

Jesus became one with John the Baptist and one with the family of Zechariah — and what?

It is Israel and Judaism. Centered on the chosen-people realm, the nation of Israel, and the church realm, Judaism, he ought to have gone beyond to where he could govern Rome; but the Roman Senate opposed him, and conversely, Jesus died. He could not cross the ridge. Drawing that out — since the First Israel failed, the realm of the Second Israel is America, I say.

The realm of the Second Israel must do what Israel could not, centered on the returning Lord who comes. The Third Adam, having in forty years filled in what Jesus failed in, stands in an equal position, and Abel is ahead in every respect — whether seen institutionally, whether seen structurally, or whether seen by the standard of thought. That is why the CIA exalts him, and the American government exalts him. What now opposes — the one that killed the Abel UN — is the Cain UN; so the outer thing has submitted, but the Cain UN has not been overturned and driven down by the substantial standard.

Therefore, on the 15th this time, Chairman Kwak, by the authority of the Abel UN, centered on Bush the father, the present president, the Republican Party, and the CIA — what?

Since the regime has not yet been transferred, on this standard, forming a new party beyond the standard of the one elected, he appears in the stead of the name of the Parent UN. So it is the returning Lord and the tributary king; and though John the Baptist, who was like the tributary king of old, failed, the tributary king must liberate God on the standard of the Third Adam. There is no way to block the Teacher.

Therefore, because the Teacher himself, from an equal position, appoints to the Abel UN and proceeds as Cain and Abel, a theoretical struggle is waged. In 72 hours, it is all finished and one can educate. And so the Abel UN and the Cain UN, and then America and South America, which is America's counterpart. Centered on George W. Bush and Sanguinetti, the Abel position is in South America, I say.

What is the island nation, near America, that is the communist realm of the Black world? What is a communist nation? (Cuba.)

If Castro of Cuba is Cain, then the president of Uruguay is in Abel's position. That is following the Teacher. It is caught, snap. So America and South America must, centered on the maritime-realm enterprise, cooperate with me.

The System by Which North and South America Can Become One Has Been Built

Because it is set in every respect, this is bound together, and in Uruguay, Mother won a great victory. The president of Uruguay led the national assembly, and so a great victory was won. At that time, toward the Uruguayan government, together with the fixing of the Abel position, I donated 12 million dollars as funds by which women could henceforth be active and could be educated.

In Uruguay, the women are ahead. It came about centered on a federation of women and centered on funds by which they could be educated. Because a woman symbolizes the sea, one must form a single line in the fisheries enterprise. Centered on Paraguay and Uruguay, Cain and Abel, one must build ships.

South America, centered on Sanguinetti, is 34 nations; they have nations, but America is 50 states. It falls one stage below South America. South-American Abel is 34 nations, and North America has 50 states standing in the position of a nation, and we make Cain and Abel into one. Because we have educated them all, I have the confidence to set that standard and guide North America.

In this way, it is Sanguinetti and George Bush, but the two are stubborn, so it is hard for them to become one. Those who would not become one even if they sold their nation, I reconciled and joined. They themselves prepared this work a year before, and centered on a contract to become one — Washington and where? This time, having begun a year and a half, two years ago — centered on Europe, what became of the First-Israel woman and the Palestinian woman? The women of Cain and Abel became one and visited Bush.

And we made a tradition of the old religion and the new religion of South America becoming one. You all do not know how hard that was. These fools lived centered on their families, but the Teacher, at the world's forefront, walking the course of indemnity, suffered every kind of affliction and bore the expense. We drew up a budget and bore it, and so enabled North and South America to become one as Cain and Abel.

What became of all that was decided by uniting North and South America? We held a rally that connected to Texas what was decided in Washington — the promise to make one government and one sovereignty for North and South America.

At that time, the Teacher commanded the tributary kings. We made George Bush, the father of W. Bush, and then the former president Sanguinetti into tributary kings, and they became one.

Standing in the place of making Catholicism and Protestantism one, centered on the nations of Cain and Abel, the nations of the Abel realm of South America — what?

In America, the new religion and the old religion had not become one. Centered on the influence of their becoming one in South America, we enabled the Catholicism and Protestantism of North America to become one.

Centered on having thus made Cain and Abel into one, we held a federated general assembly, and what the representatives of North America and the representatives of the 34 nations of South America gathered and decided in Washington, we went and planted in Texas. The meeting there ended, and on the foundation of “it is well to integrate North and South America,” the Teacher began to move. Centered on Cain and Abel, the leading personnel of Abel South America formed a brotherly relationship with the 50 states of North America, which fall one stage below.

Where is Abel? South America is Abel. It is because it has nations. Since North America falls one stage below, it goes to Cain's position. We make this one, and hereafter, in North and South America, becoming one and taking the lead — what?

In South America, there is no UN. Centered on the USA, the UN exists, but in South America, there is none; so who must do the making of this into one here? Neither South America nor North America can do it.

Centered on that work, the Teacher came forward and bound it together up to now, and meant to extend this meeting until the Teacher's birthday, but before the birthday, the president's inauguration takes place. So we move the 15th up. It must cross over by two weeks or more, by 14 days or more, by 14 years or more. Even extending three times, three fours are twelve (3×4=12); but America can do only twice. The general run can do up to three times, so, centered on the period in which one could fall, we draw the number 14 forward and do it.

So, centered on January 15, we hold the integrated UN conference, and because God's substantial wedding was held here, we finish the Coronation Ceremony in God's Liberation and Release — but we must receive the permission of the Abel UN. They must say, “We support it too.” They must receive our education, I say. Because it is education at a place like a joint UN General Assembly, if only a few hours are given, they decide within that time.

What Is Needed for the Realm of Rest Is Absoluteness

Uniting the parliamentarians of South America and the parliamentarians of North America, we hold a rally, and going beyond the realm of the True Parents' substance, we bring forward the God who has been liberated and released.

The 194 nations of the Abel UN, the nations of the tributary kings, have already all been decided. So, centered on the tributary kings of Cain and Abel and on the Teacher, we decide the president of a nation, the representative of a state, and the next president. It is not the electoral system.

Upon that which has been decided inwardly as to whom it shall be, we perform the Coronation Ceremony of God's Liberation and Release. Then it is all finished. When the 15th comes, that is.

So it is the thing to be done at the Teacher's 90th-year birthday; but the ceremony to be done at that time, we divide off and do beforehand. Before the 15th, we declared the integration of the Abel UN and proclaimed that we must perform the Coronation of God. That work was to be done on the Teacher's birthday, but shortening it by 15 days and drawing it up, we do it centered on the 15th.

When Cain and Abel become one and, under the guidance of the tributary kings and the national kings, we perform the Coronation Ceremony of God's Liberation, it is all finished. One does not know how complicated it is. Only so can the theory itself be established.

The title was originally the “Realm of Rest of the Parents of Heaven and Earth and the Cosmos” (천지부모천주안식권), but it must be called the “Realm of Peace and Rest of the Parents of Heaven and Earth and the Cosmos” (천지부모천주평화안식권). Why was “peace” left out? This is the Coronation of God. For what is peace needed? The harmony to subjugate Satan is needed, but God has no need of peace. It is because He is the origin. Do you understand? That is why it was left out.

Therefore, it is not the Parents of Heaven and Earth but the Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind. Within heaven and earth, the human is the center. Since the relative world has been blessed, and since the realm of the world in which subject and object have become counterparts is the Kingdom of Heaven, it is “Heaven, Earth, and Humankind”; and into the “Humankind,” the Parents enter.

What are those Parents?

Into the fallen Adam's family, Eve entered alone; but since the human family fell, the Heaven-Earth-Humankind Eve has already centered on the Pacific civilization realm — what?

Setting the Mother in front, one establishes the realm of women's culture, and it must all fit. Until the realm of women's culture is established, even heaven and earth have no owner. The struggle of the two — Cain and Abel — has not ended. Since it cannot be decided, here, centered on Hawaii of the Pacific cultural realm, East and West are Cain and Abel. By uniting heaven and earth and calling them the Parents of Heaven and Earth, the value of the Parents — uniting East and West, heaven and earth — is established.

Establishing those Parents, with the Parents attending, one enters the start of the family, the nation, and the world domain. The Great King of Cosmic Rest (천주안식대왕) — it ought to be thus; but since the Parents' coronation is already finished, how does one do it? Since we attend God as Parent, we hold the wedding of the Parents.

Since it becomes the Coronation Ceremony of God's Liberation and Release, there is no peace in it. It is because the root of peace begins from Heaven. Since he is the origin, to insert peace would be disloyalty. The Teacher cannot bring peace and insert it into God, can he? To liberate God, centered on the original standard, how do we do everything?

Since the True Parents did wrong, centered on all that has been won, after four years, they become exactly one and must go to the original place and fill it in.

During these four years, we form an organization and, as the Parent UN, settle upon the land so that God's homeland and native land can be found. That is the liberation of God.

The Parents of Heaven and Earth and the Cosmos — here, the “Realm of Rest” is the stage before Adam and Eve fell. What is needed for the realm of rest is absoluteness. For God to settle here, there must be a family! Is it not so?

At Once, the Restoration of the Homeland and the Start of the Native Land

It is the family of the Parents. Standing in the stead of all that the Parents have won, the Teacher stands in a place the same as God's sperm, and the Mother stands in a place the same as God's egg.

Rising to a place where one can newly receive the sperm, having offered it and received it again, one is divided out. The sovereignty has changed, but when the substance of the True Parents outwardly governs the world, inside and outside become one. The two who have become one become one; and in the unified world, it is the peaceful liberation of God.

God alone becomes the King of Kings, and on the foundation of God's homeland and native land, all the families of the world become one, take off the garment of the fallen place, and cross over. So, naturally, the physical body all disappears. Do you understand?

There is no such thing as the Parents of Heaven and Earth, and so on. If there is the family of the Parents of Heaven and Earth, all is accomplished. So we regard the Parents of Heaven and Earth as important; and when the Parents of Heaven and Earth enter the house of the Cosmos and set God on the throne, and the True Parents ascend the throne — what then? Standing in the position of those who had robbed God of what was His, the unfilial children seek this out, and offer not one family but heaven and earth in the form of one family, in the form of a great family.

So, since one has a son of a thousand times, ten thousand times, a hundred million times the value of fallen Adam, He is thankful that the fallen world, rather than the fallen family, is offered in the form of one family, the form of one nation, and says, “It is better than the fallen world of old. You are right. It is all right for me to yield even my whole authority.” So, having received it, after the coronation, through these four years, He hands it all over.

Only so, having established a logic that can be theoretically valid and not be caught, in God's realm of liberation and release, is it the whole, the entire, the full-authority, the all-powerful — at once the restoration of the homeland and the start of the native land, and the start of the family.

In the Garden of Eden, at the original place, all the people of the world who fell and were lost — how do we handle them? We bless and connect the angelic world and the family of Adam.

The angelic world too, doubly screened, the ancestors come running; and on the standard of Adam, God's kingship comes down, and all is offered up! It is unified. Jesus and everyone are coming. When God holds the coronation and they come to offer it up, they receive it through the True Parents.

If Only the Mongolian Spot Is Mobilized and Blessed, It Becomes One

We fought centered on the nation and centered on the five-stage realm — the age of the individual, the age of the family, the age of the clan, the age of the people, the age of the nation — the leftist communists, in the stead of God's absolute sovereignty, could kill and could spare at will. But the returning Lord cannot be killed. The Teacher was not raised within the realm of the Fall, I say.

The Teacher came from a place where, from the time he was an infant, he could have dominion over his grandfather, his mother and father, and his siblings. Our family was such. It was our house that founded Osan High School (오산고보).

From there came the leading personnel of the communists and the leading personnel of the democratic world. They went to the Chinese continent and fought. Raised centered on China, they became one with the Soviet communist world.

And so, by the death of Stalin in 1953, world communism was overturned before the Soviet Union and China.

Therefore, in the end, where is the main palace?

Not the Soviet Union, centered on China and the land of Mongolia, the Mongolian spot is the ancestor. The White went off on a side road and came back in again. China, Mongolia, Tibet, and then India — is not that the White society?

The Mongolian spots unite — and what?

The White world of the north is also the Mongolian spot, and the White world of the south is also the Mongolian spot. So 74 percent of humanity are the people of the spot.

If only this spot is mobilized and blessed, it becomes one. That is simple. It is China and the Soviet Union. China and the Soviet Union, centered on the story of Cain and Abel, are North Korea and South Korea.

Sucking up the Cain and Abel of the two worlds, centered on the chosen-people realm of God's restoration of the homeland, he grew; but though Kim Il-sung became king, he did not know that the Teacher would become king. It is because he could not be educated.

If the Teacher, as soon as he came out of prison, had educated right after the Liberation, then in 1952, seven years after 1945, what is being done now would have been done. Completing the Blessing, the change of regime would have been set in place.

So at that time, to gain independence, the Christians of Korea went to each nation. Those who went to China were Christians; those who went to the Soviet Union were Christians; those who went to Japan and conducted the patriotic movement were Christians, and those who went to America were Christians. It began centered on the religious realm, centered on Christianity.

Centered on the patriotic fighters who came out of Osan High School in Jeongju, having been parted off, how they fought!

What Could All Have Been Done in 1952 Was Let Slip

In order to put that in order, the Teacher meant to go to Hailar (海拉爾) on the Soviet–Manchurian border. He took employment there and was on his way, but turned back midway. He meant to go and learn Russian, learn Chinese, learn Mongolian, learn Indian, and then learn Thai. All the people driven out under Japanese oppression gathered in one place and conducted the liberation movement for the Soviet Union, the liberation movement for China, and the liberation movement reaching even India and Thailand. The Japanese government had occupied and governed it all.

With Hakkō ichiu (八紘一宇), it means that there is no obstruction anywhere, even to the standard of the four pillars and eight characters of destiny (sajupalja). With the character “eight” (八), one can pass through anywhere. The north (北) is so.

Within the north, there are Pyeongan Province and Hamgyeong Province, and Hamgyeong is farther north. Hamgyeong dominated Pyeongan, and Kim Il-sung, centered on kingly authority, confined the Teacher and had his way, I say.

So, the Teacher cannot die. Up to now, centered on the Daedong River — where is our headquarters in North Korea? Which hotel is it? (The Botonggang Hotel.) In the region where the Botong River, an offshoot of the Daedong River, flows, Kim Il-sung built the Botonggang Hotel. We occupied it.

The occupation was — the Teacher went to North Korea, and what?

It is the North Korean representative and the Soviet representative. Taking the Cain and Abel of the world to Moscow in the Soviet Union, I subjugated Gorbachev!

Having given the command to remove the statues of Lenin and Stalin, I came out and met Kim Il-sung and persuaded him. It was, “You play the intermediary role!” It was a time when, under Soviet domination, things were suspended in the air.

Therefore, centered on the Arab realm, it is not the Catholic realm but the communism of the Islamic realm. At the very instant the Arab realm was emerging as a third force, the Teacher entered, and the movement for the unification of religions, which I conducted 50 years ago.

So, before the communists could bind the religious realm, the Teacher bound it and made an actual survey. I conducted the movement to break the communist headquarters of the six continents, centered on the Soviet Union and China.

Uniting even the world's journalists and bankers, we made the survey, I say.

Mobilizing the CIA, where the CIA was concerned, and the KGB, where the Soviet Union was concerned, we went back and forth anywhere in the communist realm of Cain and Abel and wove together the background. Even now, those missionaries do not appear but lie buried underground.

So I know Japan's secrets ahead of America, ahead of the Soviet Union, or China. I know America's secrets ahead of the Soviet Union or China. I have climbed to the top. In North Korea, even the direction of policy toward the Soviet Union and China, which I negotiated with the CIA set out in front. Toward Japan and the Soviet Union and China too, I bind things together centered on the foothold of the CIA. Though you people live not knowing the world.

It is the Teacher's 90th-year birthday, and in how many years does the hwangap come? (It comes after 60 years.) At what age did the Teacher conduct this movement? It was ages 25, 26, 27. For three years, while serving in prison, I conducted every sort of patriotic movement. In the five years of 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, I crossed this ridge. So, in 1952, what could have all been done — completing the Blessing and liberating — was let slip. Is it not so?

If Catholicism and Protestantism, which are Cain and Abel, become one — what? Those who had gone to the Soviet Union were led by Christian missionaries; the representative who had gone to China was a Christian; the representative who had gone to America was Christians. They were all Christians, I say. If it had been done quickly, then, centered on the Christians, as soon as they entered — what?

General Hodge of the American administration would not have been needed. By holding a conference, as soon as the American army entered, setting the Japanese army out in front, it controlled the Soviet army. So, centered on the Korean army, one ought to have convened and consulted the American army.

Jeongju, the Center of Agriculture and of Thought

And then our grandfather was set to appear. At that time, what did Syngman Rhee, the vice-president, and the rest do?

The officers who had led the independence movement were all friends, I say. To gain independence by splitting into north and south is no dream. That is why our great-granduncle did not take part! So, I was one of the five who formed the Liberal Party. I am the only one who has a foundation in both South and North Korea.

Ten million came down from North Korea, I say. Because the Christians all came down to South Korea, if Christianity and the Japanese army had set me up and welcomed the American army, then, without fighting — what? Sitting down, I led the convening. Centered on the victorious nations America, the Soviet Union and China, and Britain.

If, centered on Britain's, America's, and France's Europe, we had united and convened, then automatically the Cain and Abel of Christianity could not but have become one.

So, when 1952 came, centered on the Blessing, the lineage had to be changed. That cannot be theoretically denied. The Teacher appeared with the confidence that, once he expounded it, it could not be denied—and yet, what?

While in North Korea, I prepared centered on the underground activity of Christianity. Forming relationships with the one who did underground activity in China, the one active in the Soviet Union, the one active in America, and the one active in Japan, I meant to make a special advance corps. I was the principal leading person who was actively centered on Mr. An Chang-ho's Mt. Daebo base (대보산기지).

Grandmother Park did not succeed at the first attempt. In a position where she could not even cry Mansei, she went seeking to Mt. Daebo, where, centered on the substantial bride, she prepared even the bride of God. Had she inherited the Teacher's Blessing foundation, which had laid such a foundation, it would all have crossed over at once, but it was split.

As I laid the foundation and came forth, there was a surname, Dokgo. At the long waist of Gwaksan, midway between Seoncheon and Jeongju, in North Korea, a church larger than Jeongju's was founded. For a missionary who had entered Seoncheon to go to Pyongyang, he had to enter Jeonju; but one cannot enter Jeongju directly. In entering North Korea through the missionaries of China and the Soviet Union, Jeongju is the center, I say.

There was the agricultural experiment ground, and Osan High School where culture could settle, and all of that. It is the center of thought, the center of agriculture. Jeongju is an agricultural experiment region, I say. Founding Osan High School and educating its graduates became the leading gang of the communists and the leading gang of the democratic world. The Buddhism and Confucianism of Korea were connected, centered on China, and Grandfather Mun Yun-guk was the representative leading person there.

Moreover, centered on the books of prophecy, he was the representative leading person, I say. So, to gather the religions of the world, he entered a seminary at the age of 40. To become a minister, he graduated from seminary and founded Osan High School.

So, the Christian-realm nationalists fled — to America, or to China, the Soviet Union, Japan. One of those who went underground and was active there was I!

And so the Christians did not become one as Cain and Abel. From there, the Koryu Seminary faction (고려신학) first emerged. Those who performed Shinto worship are false; the genuine is the Koryu Seminary faction, I say. Han Sang-dong, who had been in prison, came out and founded a church. Kang Hyeon-sil too is of the Koryu Seminary faction. As soon as the Liberation came, centered on those who came out of prison, the Koryu Seminary faction was formed.

Korea University was founded by the Jeolla gang of the Dong-A Ilbo, was it not? (Yes.) What came down from North Korea is the Chosun Ilbo. Ten million Christians came forth, and the one in the position of chief among them was our grandfather. Having graduated from seminary and become a minister, centered on Jeongju County, he was the minister of the Deokheung Church in Deokdal Township, and then the minister of the Jeongju Church.

To the Deokheung Church in Deokdal Township came the Chosun Ilbo in-law of Jeongju. Bang Eung-mo made a sudden fortune through mining and founded a newspaper company. That in-law was Elder Lee Myeong-ryong of the Deokheung Church. He was the richest man in the county and entered as one of the 33 of the March 1 Movement.

One Must Achieve the Ideal of the Counterpart

Even the Pyongyang Theological Seminary came to depend on the Koryu Seminary faction. Because they had performed Shinto worship, they stood behind! Han Sang-dong said that Abel was himself, formed the Koryu Seminary faction, gathered the young people, and came forth. Even the Koryu Seminary faction, if you look, had nearly half pro-Japanese mixed in, so they opposed that. Centered on the spiritualists who had been in Elder Park's gang, they said one must receive the fire; one must receive the Holy Spirit.

Elder Park was converted by a missionary I sent to South Korea while I was in North Korea. Claiming that he himself had done one-third of the Unification Church Principle, Elder Park falsely, in the stead of the Unification Church, bound it into a new spiritual organization.

Elder Na was ahead, was he not?

Centered on Mr. An Chang-ho, the two were the representatives of the new spiritualist faction. Elder Na and Elder Park, the two of them, fought. Reverend Moon stood in the midst of that and opposed both Elder Park and Elder Na.

There was the New Jesus Church (새예수교) of Rev. Lee Yong-do. I served in prison while doing the independence movement before the Liberation, and in prison, I met those people and learned that the New Jesus Church was special! To defeat the Koryu Seminary faction, they studied the New Theology, and the one who graduated from the Methodist seminary in Osaka (大阪), Japan, became the highest officer of the New Jesus Church.

There, Park Jae-bong was of the spiritualist faction, and then there was Rev. Lee Ho-bin of Chungang Theological Seminary. Rev. Park Jae-bong entered Mt. Geumgang and cultivated the Way for 33 years, so he was of the spiritualist faction. Centered on the spiritual world, he performed many historical events that were purely false. And then the theoretical scholar who represented the New Theology faction is Han Jun-myeong.

So, centered on traditional Christianity — Rev. Lee Ho-bin, the scholar-representative Han Jun-myeong, and the spiritualist Rev. Park Jae-bong — the spirit and the truth united. And there, Kim Baek-mun asserted the Second Advent. These competed, each saying he was the greater.

(Shin-jun enters.) Aigo — he has come to catch me. Since the time has come, he is saying, “Let us go.” I must give a kiss, after a bow! Now, let us kiss! Give applause. (Applause.) I hand out sweets so that you may rejoice like little children. From now on, you must, centered on couple to couple, achieve the ideal of the counterpart.

Otherwise, there is no counterpart. God alone cannot reap the fruit of the relative world of absolute value, I say. To do theory, one must know all such things. Now, speak this quickly! Listen to the talk. (Hwang Sun-jo reports.)

From the 15th, through 40 days or 60 days or 70 days — what? Since it is a commemorative period of the foundation that has expanded into one family centered on the separation of five powers (5권분립), which can correspond to the “Coronation Ceremony of God's Liberation,” we must hold the GPA convention in 120 nations at that time. If truly pressed, it is 40 nations or 72 nations. Centered on 120 nations, we must hold the GPA convention. Do you understand? It is a 40-day period.

It is the period of the general assembly of a new age of sovereignty centered on God. Just as with the UN General Assembly, the Abel nations and the Cain nations unite, and in this period, we must hold a rally where they can discuss all that they themselves plan, and matters such as the coping problems of nation by nation. That period must be set from the 14th, the day before the 15th.

A World Where Inner and Outer Are in Accord

For 40 days, they can come and go at will. They do the work while coming and going. To nearby places, they come and go by car, come and go by airplane, and even East and West; in three days, one can go and return.

Doing so, if one participates in the GPF convention, in each nation, a great success can be achieved. And so, centered on those who participated in the GPF, we go down to the children, to three generations. To say seven generations is the 14th degree of kinship. To say “eight generations” opens up the 16th degree of kinship.

From the grandfather: just as the father's brother becomes the 3rd degree of kinship, and the sons and daughters become the 4th degree, with each change of generation, 2 degrees are added. To speak in terms of the organization of one clan, this becomes a clan representing the age of the individual, the age of the family, the age of the clan, the age of the people, and the age of the nation.

In Korea, there are 286 clans, and those clans must complete the national-level Blessing. Completing it, they must register in the nation of God's restoration of the homeland.

When registering, it is done centered on the clan. When a family registers, it passes by. The 286 surnames must participate and be grafted onto the world nation, God's homeland.

Only by grafting it does it connect; without that proclamation, it does not connect. To finish all such things, we make the general assembly period from the 14th. Three days before would do as well. To do it three days before, we must consider what is to be completed centered on the rally.

Because we must do this centered on the rally, if we make the date of the general assembly 40 days, we set it from the 14th and do it. If we do it from the 14th, what happens? Does it end on the 16th?

If we do it from the 14th, reckoning a month, it will be the 16th or 17th.

If 40 days, then we must pass through the whole of February! It runs to some twenty-odd days of February. Done at length, it is 60 days, 70 days, even 120 days; but 120 days is too long.

Taking 40 days as the standard, we do it up to 60 days, 70 days. Centered on 40 days, doing it in three stages: 40 days, 60 days, or up to 72 days. Centered on 72 nations, it is 72 days. Just as the GPF convention was held in Korea, more than one-third of the citizens must be mobilized. Participating, it would be good if the Blessing could be given among them; but the Blessing can be done next time, or the like. It is because, during these 40 days, the Teacher cannot do it while going about.

The Blessing given at the GPF convention is done by matching it, in the same manner, centered on the Blessing given on the evening of the Teacher's birthday celebration.

If it is performed by proxy in that manner, at the GPF convention, the Blessing of tens of thousands, or hundreds of thousands, or tens of millions, is completed. By doing that, anyone feels the Blessing on the skin, and it becomes a fitting thing in the heart. It must become a day like a means of living, and the day must be clear. It must not be cloudy; it must be remembered as a day when the sun shines.

Whether 72 days or 60 days, up to that period, unifying the atmosphere of the GPF Blessing, the 6.5 billion of all humanity must not fail to receive the Blessing, I say. Even the baby in the womb must be blessed. All in which a seed has been planted are to be enabled to take part.

If those who have been blessed are in the womb, then, together with the birth registration, the child becomes a citizen of that nation. Do you understand?

Though the world speaks of restoration through indemnity and the providence of salvation, there is no such thing as going to hell and then, becoming one midway, going to the Kingdom of Heaven.

One cannot but go directly to the Kingdom of Heaven and become a citizen of the Kingdom — unified and of equal value — within God's realm of management, indeed! It comes to this. So, what must come to pass hereafter? On that principle, it is absoluteness, and then the true love that can inherit the sperm centered on the Father.

That is the Father's love, and then, that which can receive the egg of life is the Mother's love. Centered on the love of the Mother and Father, the sperm and egg are harmonized in the individual embodiment of truth (개성진리체), and they must go to the vessel of God's absoluteness, seethe, and become one. And so the sons and daughters born as men and women go directly to the heavenly kingdom — what? The very place where they received love is begun on earth and connected to the value standard of the purpose, I say.

So, the sons and daughters so born can, even when they die, live together with their parents; and it becomes a world where one lives and dwells together with those who have gone from the earth to the spiritual world. It is transformed into a world where inner and outer are in accord. That world is the world of God's liberation and release. After the coronation of God's liberation, the King of Kings, beginning from God's homeland and God's native land, completing it, it cannot but become one world with no boundary line between earth and heaven, indeed! It comes to this, I say. The way to go is certain.

One Must Know How to Connect Corresponding Relationships

So, under one's command, faith is not needed. Faith is not there after one has gone to the Kingdom of Heaven, I say. Those who have made this manifest and achieved it both inside and out have the seed of the Father's love within them, the seed of the Mother's love within them, and in the wrapping-cloth of God's absoluteness, root, and trunk and bud become one and seethe, so that one can even cause it to evaporate. There unfolds the play of taking what is the seed and planting it in the soil together with fertilizer.

Because one returns to the principled foundation of the original, unfallen Garden of Eden of Heaven, God can do as He pleases, God's love too is possible at will, and through God's sons and daughters, it becomes a world of the realm of oneness, so that even God can dwell and rejoice together. The world of joy and happiness of daily life, of song and dance, becomes a world that can continue eternally! Such a world must be made, I say. All of this must be achieved.

Even looking at the Cheon Seong Gyeong, we have all passed through and passed the test, and so it is with the Family Pledge. When Ahn Shi Il (안시일) comes, one recites the Family Pledge, and at that time, before reciting the Family Pledge, one must hear the explanation of the Family Pledge and then recite it. The other day I said to do it after it ended, but at the very first of every Ahn Shi Il, one must hear the explanation the Teacher has given.

One must hold family Hoon Dok Hae, reading together with the Teacher, in the position of speaking, having become one body together with the Teacher's word.

One must make such a traditional way of thinking that the children and everyone cannot eat, cannot sleep, cannot play, and cannot study without doing it. Only then does it become the bones. One must live a life that is like flesh.

This is no game of play. If you do not do it, you receive a thousandfold, ten-thousandfold indemnity. The descendants are blocked off. Heaven does not permit it. When a spring flows — when rain has fallen below too — a small spring must burst forth and flow into the river. Because the descendants must be better than the parents, surpassing the foundation the ancestors of history won and developing, the river automatically forms and becomes a great river and merges with the sea.

And so, following the tide of the sea, one must become water that flows into the marrow of the Black Current (흑조). The citizens of the Unification Church must become so.

Do you know the Black Current?

In the deep places of the Pacific, the deep valleys more than ten thousand meters down, there is pressure, so one cannot know how swift the flowing water is. Ordinary sedimentary rock is bored clean through.

Therefore, the Cheonji crater lake of Mt. Baekdu also has such walls, and the Black Current enters through the bottom and bores its way out. When it enters the sedimentary rock, it receives heat, and going at a swift speed, it bores a hole, I say. The Cheonji of Mt. Baekdu too — the Black Current rises through the bottom, and what? Centered on the middle, everything becomes like a furnace and passes through a hot process, so a hot spring comes forth too; and where the Black Current from the North Pole passes through just as it is, cold water comes forth too.

The bursting forth of ten thousand kinds of springs is like the Pacific. The lineage-veins of your ancestors are like the form of a single nation centered on the vein of the Black Current; so, just as the moon waxes and wanes at the full moon, one's life cannot but be in accord with the breathing there. One must correspond. One must know how to connect corresponding relationships.

When one who lived in the east goes to the west, in the corresponding relationship, it is simply that the direction differs at once — and what? When the Black Current of the east turns, one matches it there; and when one goes west, one must be able to match it and meet it. That speed, flowing to the deep places, grows greater and greater and goes to the center of the Pacific. Centered on the islands of Hawaii, the Black Current turns.

It turns at the sea bottom some four thousand-odd meters down. Going down below it, the water is like juice. The ice that came out of the North Pole has not melted. Because it flows along the bottom, it does not melt but just comes here, turns one round, and goes following the channel of the sea. When the moon changes at the full moon, the speed of the water changes; and following the depth where the speed changes, the Black Current also exerts influence upon rivers of a different branch.

The five oceans breathe, and the five oceans keep the rhythm; and because it becomes a river that can move at the same pulse, the animals and everything that grows there—what happens according to the difference of terrain? Without a difference of region, the same kind, using the same fertilizer, can reap the same result. So, a good seed can reap a good result.

The Wish of Man or of Woman

Therefore, it is absoluteness, absolute love, absolute life. The Mother, centered on the womb, is absolute life; the Father is absolute love; God is absoluteness.

The three generations of God can be connected, and what are the three generations?

They are the age of the root, the age of the trunk, and the age of the bud. The lineage and the sex, centered on the three generations, cannot change. It cannot be altered. To alter it has an immediate effect, I say — before the great universe.

In that case, one cannot leave behind the tradition of the kindred itself, by which one can distinguish the difference between the Black Current that flows deep and the ordinary water that flows alongside. It ends up mixed and mottled, I say. That cannot be. Heaven gives that summary judgment on the spot. Do you understand?

What is a good method? Since the navel goes deep into the body, centered on the navel, one makes a waistband, finds the point that corresponds behind, and makes it like a root that braces from behind. Setting it here, one contains it centered on the reproductive organ and keeps it from coming and going at will. One must put on such iron armor, I say. The women had the chastity belt, did they not? For the man, one makes it more fearsome. It is because, being strong, he can tear off the waistband at will. One who has no confidence in himself must wear such a band, I say. The Teacher is even thinking of that.

What is the wish of a man or a woman?

It is absoluteness. The Father is absolute love, and the Mother is absolute life. Why? Life is bestowed by the Mother. Is it not so? From the marrow, from the bones, from the flesh, from the fat, from the skin, down to the soft hair, one receives everything from the Mother and is born.

In the foundation that can become a seed, there is a project. The project by which a person can live a whole lifetime is contained in a single unseen sperm. Twins come to be by the sperm dividing into two! How marvelous that it is contained in a half. So, all of one's ancestors—if ten generations, the vein of ten generations of ancestors—enter and are mixed within the sperm, I say. Unseen.

Though it be this large, it is unseen; yet there, the veins of several generations of ancestors are mixed in, I say. Tangled together, all at once, they become a project, and the ancestors are alive. All the ancestors, for ten thousand years, are watching their descendants, I say. Why? It is because the seed of the sperm by which they themselves can live, lives. In that world, my seed can spread through the world. Do you understand? (Yes.)

That is the convex of the ancestor of several generations, not one's own convex. The concave is the concave composed of the synthesized blood the grandmother of several generations had — not one's own concave. One does not know the value of the existence called “I.” It cannot be. One must become sons and daughters who live in the Father's love, live in the Mother's life, go to the vessel of absoluteness, seethe, overflow, and flow out.

That can be told apart at all. It subsists together eternally. It lives together with history. Do you understand those words?

If, this time, one has the coronation of liberation and release, of God the King of Kings, it is but once; never again, eternally, does it occur. That, just as it is, to the descendants of ten thousand generations — what? Your life, the blood, and flesh of your Mother and Father, enter and are lodged there and are gathered into a concentrate.

Therefore, one cannot but live together with history, and it cannot be denied. The sperm itself lives, and the egg itself lives. So, the more-than-300-million sperm do not all die.

Centered on the representative sperm, the sperm is divided into several ten-millionths units; and if this generation is several thousand generations, synthesized over several thousand generations — what?

Entering within the concave-and-convex vessel of absoluteness, the harmonized being of dual characteristics, the sperm, and egg of several thousand ancestors unite and seethe, and become the origin of one's own life.

An Interpretation of the Character “Authority” (權)

The lineage knows, I say. So it is the realm of the true lineage. The character “gwon” is the character “authority” (權). On the wood (木) radical, with the grass (艹) and the “mouth” (口) — how many are there? Three, or two? (Two.) And then there is the bird (隹). It flies. It has all entered here. The grass is the plant; the mouths are the Mother and Father, the human; and the bird has entered. The bird likes the tree.

When one builds a fire, one must burn wood, I say. One cannot burn stone. Is it not so? It receives heat. Therefore, this is God's absoluteness, the Father and Mother's — what? This all burns at once. So, the wood and the grass (艹), and then even two is all right. To say “two” is because it becomes three.

The “four” (四) — is it one, two, or that one? How is it? Look it up in the character dictionary. (“Wood” (木), with two “mouths” (口) under the “grass” (艹)...) Two “mouths” is one's own word!

One does three—why do you do two?

Among the “mouths,” there ought to be one “mouth” of God that can connect, ought there not? Only then does God enter. (At present, the character is written that way, but I do not know how it was done in olden times.)

Then, of the two, the line must be made larger, or the like. Indeed, since the two united, it has grown larger! There, God's line of life is connected. Originally, it is three. (There are two “mouths” (口).) To do two is all right too. Even being two, there is a space between, is there not? It is a space through which God can pass. The “grass” (艹) too has been parted.

And then the bird (隹) is set thus; and doing one, two, three, what is drawn straight down lands on the ground. It all falls within the character “authority” (權). To burn, the wood must be sacrificed. Even at home, one says one will sacrifice the wood. The character “authority” (權) is so. The grass enters, the human enters, and even the bird enters. The bird, too, likes the tree, and the grasses, too, like the tree. They must receive the protection of the tree.

Without the tree, when they grow up by themselves, the wind blows and they cling to the ground. The tree protects them. It is all federated together. The tree (木) is a person (人) who has set up a cross (十). The tree is so. Therefore, the rise of the tree is the same as human history. It has a root, has a trunk, has branches, flowers bloom, fruit is borne—all so. The tree stands in the stead of the whole.

The Black Current flows under the Cheonji of Mt. Baekdu, and where there is an element like sedimentary rock, it bores a hole there. Done a second time, it bores twice, three times, four times, and the water flows through there and goes faster, so the hole widens, I say. The deeper it goes, the more it widens the hole; and the Black Current, entering, through the crevice, would have become the spring-source of the Cheonji, I say. I think that, were one to dig once, it would be so.

On Jeju Island, there is Baengnokdam. Which “rok” character does one write? (One writes the character “deer” (鹿).) That means the white deer. It is the deer of the heavenly kingdom. The woman likes white clothing, like the white-clad people. It symbolizes the woman. The place on Jeju Island, like the belly of a woman lying down, is Baengnokdam. It is the Mother's lake. It is just like something dead.

The altar where a sacrifice can be offered is Jigwido. It is about 30,000 pyeong, but widening it, it comes to 50,000 or 60,000 pyeong. Then a sacrificial shrine can be built.

An Altar Where a Sacrifice Can Be Offered on Korean Soil

Mt. Halla is in the form of a woman lying dead. Looking from there, it is just so — it is a place for offering a sacrifice. Now it is all right to sell off Jeju Island. To build a hotel, I bought the finest place on Jeju Island, but they made a sewage-treatment plant for excrement and urine. So I abandoned Jeju Island. Where did it go?

The water of Yeosu is clear. Rather than Jeju Island's water, it is Yeosu's water, and Yeosu is Suncheon. If one follows the clear water and goes up obediently (sunsun-hi), it becomes the heavenly kingdom, I say. That is why figures of note arise in Yeosu and Suncheon. When we spoke the other day, the Cho surname was 55 percent, was it? (Yes.) So it is the center. It is the Abel among Abels!

What mountain is near Yeosu and Suncheon? Mt. Jiri! What “ji” character is Jirisan? (It is the character “wisdom” (智).) How is the character “wisdom” (智) written? (The character “to know” (知) is above the character “sun/day” (日).) It means to know the days and the times. So, the April 3 Incident (4·3사태) broke out. Because of the April 3 Incident, the village died all at once.

Korea's climate is “three cold days and four warm days” (samhansaon). So, with the number four and the number three, the number seven was matched. And there, there is Jigwido. The Teacher has set up an altar on Korean soil where a sacrifice can be offered, I say. Go-Bu-Ryang — are there the surnames Go and Bu? (There are a few. They are rare surnames. Not many. —Yang Chang-shik.) Do you too belong to Go-Bu-Ryang? (Yes, but in the order, the Yang line comes first.)

It is called Go-Bu-Ryang; is it called Yang-Go-Bu? (The three ancestral clans are together, but the Bu surname is somewhat fewer.) What about the Go surname? (The Go surname is the most numerous.) So is it not Go-Bu-Ryang? It means the eldest brother! As for Yang (梁), is it not the river where rubbish is thrown away? That refers to the Cheonggyecheon. Foul water flowed in the Cheonggyecheon, but these days they boast, having done it artificially, that even eels and crabs live there.

Crabs live by digging up foul water and eating earth! Eels too are so. To say one can eat them — it is a good place where one can hold a wedding feast while boating, I say. Only by making a large boat and holding a wedding feast is the fortune good, as seen by feng-shui interpretation, I say. In the river, cold water flows, and it is the water of the Arctic Ocean. Does it not melt at the North Pole and come seeking the southern country?

What river is in South America? (The Paraguay River.) And then what river is there? (The Amazon River.) Does the Amazon flow east–west, or north–south? (The Amazon flows from west to east, and the Paraguay flows from north to south.) So it means it flows from east to west, from south to north. It is a place where the Black Current can be controlled at the crossroads — so I see it.

To say “Biyulbin” (the Philippines, 비율빈) means scales are attached. Like the scales of a crucian carp or the scales of a carp, they hang in rows. What is Taiwan? It is a place where the goslings of wild geese come and lay eggs. Taiwan (臺灣) is a high place, like a lighthouse. And it means it became gently sloping.

Since Taiwan is surrounded by the sea, the fish come from the deep sea. Taiwan is a good place where fish can spawn. So in the waters of Taiwan, there are many small fish, not large fish.

(Shin-jun enters.) Now that he has come to catch me, I must go. Stay still. Let me rise! Mother told me to finish before nine—what time is it? (It is half past nine.) I said I would go at half past eight, so I am an hour late! So one cries out, “Grandfather, come to your senses!” Now, let us go!

Has your bride come? (She has not come.) Is that not she over there?

The face is similar! (It is not.) The face is similar to the bride's. Look—whether it is so or not. (A bow.) What is the name of the one over there? Ok-su? (Yes, Ok-su.)

Since she has a heart like jade-water (ok-su), since she drinks water like jade-water, since she has sung a song like jade-water, let her come here and sing a song, that I may go off well. I will listen as I go! Now, listen well, eat well, and be blessed. Let us return! Now, begin quickly. (Kim Ok-su sings “Song of My Hometown.”)
